Is it possible they all took a week off of filming entirely?  I know that would be unprecedented, and maybe not realistic. But with Elan in LA, a possible sighting of Kaitlyn in Vancuver...

Maybe they came back home the states and started hometowns with Ben, took some time off for whatever reason, and will resume and finish up with Nick next week? No clue... But a break in filming seems plausible given the info we have.

Should they have taken a week off, they would have had to have had the remaining guys sequestered either separately or together with their handlers. 
It would seem that it would be a colossal waste of time and money. A week is a long time and I can't think of an excuse to warrant it. 
Eric's death did not even cause that long of a time lapse in filming. (may he RIP).

I thin timing is too close to take a week off.

Chris Standburg's home town is north of San Francisco, but Elan probably would have gotten a direct flight to Sacramento if that is where he was headed.

Exactly what I was thinking...also is ChrisStan's family in CA or TN?

Chris' family is in CA, he moved on his own to TN per his bio for the Date Auction and sleuthing.

Chris shows his current residence as Nashville, TN.
