That woman is Ben's friend's girlfriend. That is how Tenley knows her. She only followed her on IG after the trip in July. I would not be surprised if Tenley is convincing herself that "God's plan" has Ben not finding love on the show and running back to her. So she has to just be patient and "wait"...

If she really believes that then she's nuts.. Running back to her? If he wanted to be with her, he would be! He obviously doesn't though. The more time she spends pining over him, the time she loses finding an actual man that wants a relationship with her and marriage and the whole 9 yards. The time is ticking, so she needs to move onnnnn.
