Pretty much like what happened to JuanPa. When he didn't like or go by their rules they pulled back the DWTS deal.

Only thing about this scenario is that his family was pretty invested too it seems. Mom and sis Lori really seemed to like Whitney. I obviously don't know Chris but he doesn't seem like the type to trick Mama Soules. no idea

Agree. I sense that his family is REALLY rallying around him right now. He seems to be so grateful for their support. no idea

I think they are both (C&W) very sad. I will go ahead and give my opinion. I don't think this was mutual.

Rolly, good question! That's what I was wondering too when I read Bowen's post ...

The more I read about them, the more I wonder if the Bachelor Bubble struck again. I somewhat think that they were both not what the other expected in real world (or want).

My hunch (and all just my own speculation) is that Chris would have lasted longer for publicity sake but Whitney saw writing on wall and bailed first. She seemed sick of the charade and pretending. And, in that last video, he looked ticked off.

I noticed something. Since they broke up when ever one posts something on social media the other posts not to long after. Is that a coincidence or is there something to it?

I think it was Whitney as well. BUT, I believe that he hurt her during the DWTS by not investing in them as a couple. All of the SM stuff when she went home to be with her family for the anniversary of her mom's death to now suggest to me that he was really trying make-up for something. ie..."luckiest man in the world" and others. Lunch photo in Chicago on Memorial Day, he looked deflated - she did not. Maybe I am reading too much in to the photos, but his post break-up photos have to me been emotional. You know if you have gone through something that causes you grief/hurt you become really sentimental about the folks around you giving you support. (nieces, dad photos)
With all that said, I do believe W is really hurt, and disappointed equally. (that I think is mutual) I think he disappointed her a lot in LA ( the ole 100% to the relationship he is in thing... sad

)

Do I think there was any other person involved in the decision, no. I also do not believe that Chris would have let his family down for anything...meaning, I don't think he would have pulled the plug.

They are going to be interesting to keep up with.

^^ITA. IMO, Whitney checked out way before they broke up. Some posters said Chris' body language since ATFR is not like a man in love, but its the same for Whit. She was not as into him as during the season. When she went back to Chicago and the Derby, Chris said "I am not even existent to her" in an interview. Yet Whit seemed cheerful in her posts. They have probably split up then but decided to postpone the press release thats why during the DWTS finale both seem strained. If we were to believe Codys post about "cuddling on the couch", C/W must have already settled on an amicable and friendly relationship prior to the joint PR. Unless Chris is such a good actor, and all the "family support" is just an attempt at curbing the backlash, Whit seemed to be doing better.

Someone commenting on Whitneys picture on Instagram last night seems to be claiming they she knows that Chris and Whit are going to make an announcement that they are together. I think this is someone trying to stir the pot, but what if not? Could it be? I say no, they are over. Thoughts?

Hmmm, honestly I don't think they are together. But, I don't think we have seen the last of them. I think the farm is going to get real quiet. I sense that there are still a lot of feelings there. Like last nights bar photo in a blackhawks hat has to make him think about how she will be moving on without him. I think when he sees that begin happening - things may get interesting.

She really loved him, and I think he blew it.
