Chris isn't good at lying:the way he easily brushed aside the breakup rumors makes me feel that they are together and that Whitney went home to visit her grandma and go to the Kentucky Derby just like they said.
I hope they will stay together and think they make a cute couple and compliment each other. Chris has trouble talking and Whitney is pretty smooth and put together. They make a good Iowa power couple.

Didn't we have all of these rumors during Sean's season as well? Including tabs saying they were over and such? Well look at how that turned out.. Don't believe everything you read.

I can understand why Whitney went to Kentucky to see her grandma Not only did Whitney lose her mother, her grandmother lost her child. Incredibly difficult for both of them. I'm glad they were together. Plus, if they always spend that day together, Chris will need to be understanding about that going forward, as I think he is.

The rumors then were mainly that he was cheating/having an affair with Peta, which was incredibly ridiculous and no one believed it. At least no one with half a brain. Those rumors weren't founded on any facts. Chris and Whitney seem to be dealing with less rumors but the tabs are going to keep talking if they keep spending more time apart.

Wonder how Chris and Whit are spending Mother's Day. Hopefully together today or soon! I bet Chris will be spending time in Chicago with her soon, after he checks in at the farm.

Why do these tabloids insists on stirring stuff up? I can't imagine having to live with that. The articles have no identifiable sources and they just keep on churning out this garbage. Hope that Chris and Whit don't bother reading or looking at it.

Looks like Chris is back in Iowa. So happy for him. Sounds like he has some work to do and then will be spending time in Chicago with Whitney. So excited for them, while there will noise around them for a while yet - just being able to be together at their homes and not in secret has to be such a cool thing. Anyone else have any news on them?

Stirring things up is nothing new; the tabloids have been doing this for ages. Why they do this is because it sells magazines. Plain and simple bottom line: money. They also feel anyone who has put themselves in the public eye is "food" for them. If people stopped buying these rags, it would be good, but that is not likely to happen. JMO.
