Ben Higgins - Bachelorette 11 - *Spoilers - Sleuthing* - Discussion

Glad that so far you all are seeing the Ben we that know him, know and love. He really is a good guy. I for one would hate to see him be the next Bachelor as I am concerned they wouldn't find the right girls for him. Honestly don't think we would be into all the "drama" that happens with those ladies. LOL

If he talks about Shae I am sure it would be all good, and maybe just talk about how she broke his heart. Ben's not one to bash others. I think it's normal to talk about an ex a little on a date where your really trying to get to know the other. As lets face it, I think most past relationships can help mold us into the person we are now and how they ended and how a person talks about their ex tells you a lot about that person too.

Where are people getting the idea that he's gonna talk about his ex? Is this in the press release for next weeks episode??

After the rose ceremony, the remaining men travel to San Antonio. Kaitlyn surprises one bachelor with a day of fun and fancy footwork. The couple spends the day with a professional dance coach, who teaches them the Texas two-step for a competition that night before a raucous audience and judges. Later, a cinematic sunset is the backdrop for the two to get closer. The man stuns Kaitlyn with a heartbreaking story about a past relationship gone wrong. Will that affect whether he gets a rose?

Ben posted this on his IG. He already posted pics about Dr. Chris and said Dr. C is one the best men he has ever met and a standup guy.
They have a bromance for sure.
Funniest part is that we can see from red heart on the s/shot that he liked Chris' pic but not Shawn's. ... Thus "hot or not".

At least Ben made some good friendships out of this.

It's literally like Josh and Marcus' relationship. Cute.

He really has the IT factor to be the lead. Make the right decision, tptb!

He'd be great as lead. He gives off the vibe that he would be serious about finding a lifelong partner, not just doing it for fame, etc.

I think he comes off as more authentic to me because he has had no past modeling/acting (Dr C has, Jared has, who knows if Shawn has)

Ben is also not posting photos of himself from the show (Dr C and Shawn are).

He may start doing so but his IG account and Twitter account are very ego-healthy if that makes sense.

And the funny thing about the Tigger outfit was Ben LOVED Winnie the Pooh stories when he was little!

While I personally would love to see him as the lead, I'm scared of what TPTB would do to drum up drama.  He would be a welcome and refreshing change from fame loving farmer dud, though.  I think I'd much rather see him find someone on his own without all the crazy girls and manufactured drama (cough, Umngirl, cough).
