Just tossing around a few thoughts. Because of edit, I'm pretty sure K was feeling it with N. Yes, that's my opinion as always but no way has anything shown so far indicate that N wasnt oh so close to F1. In fact, I'm not sure you will not see S step out of limo first. I think it's entirely possible.  What if she tells S he isn't the one and explains her reservations and why. S not having it and gives one hell of a last stand plea. He leaves. She's distraught..as in Jason Mesnick distraught. At this time, she decides she can't say bye to S. She talks with TPTB...they put S on hold in limo, N arrives second as F1 but she's changed her mind. He doesn't know S has already been and left. Long story short, S comes back and she finds it refreshing he is willing to love her with ring included, after his journey with Nick.

Just throwing thoughts around based on what I'm seeing and how S walks away with K.

I always remember that Emily Maynard met her now-husband before she did the Bachelorette and he asked her out. I understand that there was a contract in place (same as with Kaitlyn), but she was still able to walk away from the love of her life because of a paycheck and fame/opportunities. I really don't think that Kaitlyn would have given up the Bachelorette for ANY guy, especially not one that she had never met and was just sexting with for a month. She still (allegedly) asked him to come on the show for her, so I think she had feelings for him but it's obviously not going to be the same thing as someone you've met and physically dated.

Now that will be refreshing to me if Nick has a selfless love exit — where Nick is more concerned with Kaitlyn's happiness than his own.  :Nod:

Byron's FRC was also at night. There were at least a couple of indoor FRC back in the day also.

This only makes sense to me if it was really Nick that had to wait. I could see Shawn having major issues with Kaitlyn choosing Nick over him since she gave him a whole lot of indications that he was the one. That would cause the type of drama the TPTB really want, and provide the best case for a really dramatic ATFR, imo.

I can't even imagine the hysterics and fireworks if Shawn had been f2, from both of them!! That would have been great tv for sure! Post frc calamity would have paid for some therapist's kids, grandkids and great grands to go to some expensive, private 4 year schools.

what would really get me going with my pondering events...if we get a preview of S in limo still light out! CH said it was a train wreck when describing journey after Ben's exit. I don't put any stock into his usual banter in fact I've come to pretty much ignore him but I can believe those sentiments.

Yeah train wreck does not give me the warm and fuzzies. Kind of dread watching it all play out and will be happy once it's all over.

If I weren't watching with an online friend I would consider skipping. I want to like Shawn and Kaitlyn after the show, so for me it is better to skip anymore of her selfishness or his jerkiness. JMO

Not out of the realm of possibility. That would CERTAINLY be dramatic!!!

Trista's evening FRC and Kaitlyn having her FRC later in the evening seem to give evidence that Trista was torn/confused and so it took longer for her to get to a decision thus a much later FRC.

I can see the same thing with Kaitlyn... being torn between final two and the later FRC seems to indicate to me that Kaitlyn really was confused until the last minute.
