The Bachelorette 11 - Screen Caps - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

we see the famous yellow sofa. Jared, Joe, Shawn and Nick is waiting for the date card. I assume Ben is already on his 1-1. Part of this scene is used in the preview for the episode. When it looks like K is telling the guys about the sex the part with Joe and Shawn is taken from when the date card arrives. Jared has a red T-shirt so that clip is from another occasion and Ben as well.
When the date card arrives there are a lot of VO and ITMs from some other time. (Different clothes) The ITM with Nick makes him look over confident. I don't remember if I've seen him in that cardigan before.
The way TPTB makes us see things that aren't happening is scary to me. Many viewers believe what they see and hear and start hating on SM. This is JMHO

Good points Glowworm. What do you make of them showing Shawn say " I don't think she knows who her final 3 are yet" and then Nick says "I'm definitely ready for next week". It seemed off-putting to me - like Nick clearly implying he's sure he'll be there next week in front of the guys. But maybe editing made it look that way. It might be editing but I can see how sometimes he tries to twist the knife a bit with the guys in the way he says things, JMO.

He is trying to make light of the situation...trying to be funny. That is his sense of humor. He is saying that he would love nothing more than to get this week finished and go on to next week. Of course he wants to be one of the three chosen. He didn't say that he was going to be chosen. He just said that he is looking forward to next week and being chosen.

Also, his statement is what all the guys are really thinking... Let's get this week done and move forward to more 1:1 time, instead of time wasting group dates. He is just stating the obvious, brutally truthful thing....all the guys are thinking it, but maybe too respectful to say it. Nick is the guy who will come out and say the unpopular thing if he believes it to be true. This is one of the things that as CH put it "rubs some people the wrong way". It is also the main reason why I love him so much. He goes by his own rules and just tells it how it is. Love it!

Good observation Relaxing. I thought S said that she knew her final three. I didn't pay attention to the "yet". I also agree about Nick. If he is trying to make a joke, his timing is not the best. He comes across as arrogant IMO.

Nick: "I'm definitely ready for next week". yeap, ready for round 2.

I didn't see that as Nick trying to twist the knife.  Aren't we to assume that the guys in that clip had already been told by CH (by the time that this conversation took place) that the next week meant that three of them were going to get 1-on-1 dates with Kaitlyn, with the possibility of an invite to stay in the FS with her?  So, I felt like THAT was what Nick was referring to, ready for more time with Kaitlyn away from the cameras.

And, ordinarily this would also be the end of them having to be around the other guy or guys who are still left, once they have made it that far.  That would be something else for them to look forward to as well.  JMHO

Shawn even specifically mentioned something about the F3.  Realistically, Shawn and Nick are BOTH feeling pretty confident that they will be part of the F3, but they only chose to show Nick saying that HE was confident, which I think was taken from another one of his VOs, unrelated to the above conversation.

This conversation wasn't the same one as what we saw last night because the guys are in different clothes. It's very confusing because this seems to have happened in Shawn's room because this is where he tells Nick to get out of his room. It also looks different than the other room. I wonder if Nick came to see him? In the other scene Shawn goes to Nick's room and he's wearing the burgundy shirt and Nick's wearing his knit sweater. It's hard to understand why there's two of these conversations.

My guess?

Nick too goes to Shawn's room to talk to him, maybe after his date with Kaitlyn. They are wearing the same clothes, minus Shawn's jacket which can be seen behind him on the chair, as their argument scene, in the preview for next week.

I agree. I think Nick goes to talk to Shawn. Why? Who knows? But it looked to me like maybe Nick was waiting for Shawn to get "home" from the date on the preview? Interesting.

I noticed right away that there were two different conversations that were had because of the different clothes.

I think this happens after shawn fd with Kaitlyn and shawn is angry because nick told Kaitlyn about the Eskimo brother thing

Nick's wearing what he wore on the FD so I'm just not sure.
