LOL, me too, I live only a ferry trip away from Vancouver. I could see them going to Vancouver Island and the west coast too so it will be interesting.

it would be great if they went to Jasper (hiking, horseback riding, white rapids rafting) and the Columbia Icefields.  Van would be good too.  There could be a date that includes some of her social circle. 
Apparently she lived in NFL for a while.  That would be a fascinating and very different location. Newfie humor is wicked and I'm imagining the use of subtitles .  Also, lots of great music.

The only thing is, anything in the east this year is still frozen...either in temps or literrally frozen. Too cold for them to be there. They`d make better use of the warmer west area including a lot of Alberta too. The temps around Vancouver have been upwards of 15 degrees celcius and more. Most of the Cherry trees, Plums are all finished blossoming and the crocus`s, daffodils, etc are all done as well. The weather here is about 3 weeks ahead of schedule right now.

I think I'd rather they go to Leduc/Edmondton because they've already done Vancouver once before. I lived right outside of Edmonton for a couple of years when I was much younger. It was a little too cold for me but Jasper is supposed to be beautiful. The Canadian Rockies are my favorite although have been mostly to the Banff National Park side of it when I lived in Calgary.

Right now, I can see them doing both a Vancouver stop and an Alberta one....be it Jasper and Leduc. Not much travelling time there. Make Leduc their home base and do a day trip to Jasper for a date.

Have they ever filmed around Niagara Falls? Is it a romantic destination for Canadians like it once was (still is?) for Americans?

I was hoping they would go up to NF after NYC. Alas, not going to happen.

I think it is but being from the opposite end of the country, on the west coast, Tofino seems to of taken that spot. There are a few resorts here that are right on the beach that are absolutely amazing for romance and views.

Per RS they are headed to San Antonio Texas next.  Someone posted a comment on his site saying she lives nearby and might go to try to see the filming  and will post pics on Twitter if she gets anything. So I followed her on Twitter to see if she provides any clues.
