Yup! Well, I think technically she made her account public b/c Becca was asked on periscope a while back if Whitney had SC and she said she did, but it was private.

Her first (public) Snap was her making her hair move like Beyoncé with her fan & then cuddling with her dog. She's so sweet

Whitney is such a wonderful gal. Beautiful, Kind, Humorous and a Class Act.  She looks great in all the outfits but if I was voting I would choose the red one.  It's unique and stands out in the crowd like Whitney!!
