This is a very good point! I've been TeamBecca all along until the last week! The previews can't help but turn the tide of opinion. I just can't see how it can be Becca when she is not in love with Chris. That would make it even more cruel to reject Whitney, on top of his knowing how much she is in love with him!

I think that makes all the sense in the world why Whitney would recently start following them. The "nation" is a tight knit community and they help each other out. It would be very much like Sean & Catherine to make an introduction on Whitney's behalf to give her something to do while Chris is practicing.

I think both - she was probably talking about her relationship with Chris but thinking of how she so suddenly and unexpectedly lost her mother as her real life example of how suddenly love can be lost.

I don't see him rejecting whitney concerned36 , She has to be the F1. Both girls are wonderful , he has the cream of the crop for his Final two for sure (actually final 3 because Kaitlyn was nice too), but I just don't think Becca is there yet and Whitney is def there right along with what Chris says he wants. He can't go wrong with either one but Whitney is def the better fit in many more ways. IMO.

I agree, that Whitney is a "good fit" for Chris and they seem very happy together.

 Is the ATFR show taped, if so when would it be taped?

Thanks KB, I saw a tweet that said they were going to the "taping" which made me raise the question.  So it should be live 7:00 pm Pacific time.

No Whitney sightings yet I take it.

It seems to me that Chris and Whitney are almost in a different generation than Becca.  Becca is  totally in a different stage of life than Chris.  Chris and Whitney both saw where each other actually lives.  For Becca they saw where her family lives, not really her life at all.  It is such a disconnect for me that I just can not see Chris and Becca being a match.  It almost seems to be that Becca is his fling... I know that the show is all about dating multiple women, but the whole relationship with Becca just seems off to me.  Where as Chris and Whitney have both seen each others homes and are much more in the stage of settling into their next phase of life of marriage and family.  I hope that it all ends well, and that this show and the conflict they are showing it not to hard on Whitney and Chris.  I just can not really see any other outcome that seems right or makes sense to me.  Of course this is all my observation and my opinion... which of course does not really matter!    Chris, I hope you treat Whitney like she deserves to be treated!

I don't think it is the age that matters, but the fact that Becca has never been in love- and then falling in love on the show- she guesses that this is what it must feel like. Doesn't make it promising for the long haul. But, who knows- I'm always willing to concede defeat if it comes time. Whitney fell hard and she fell fast, didn't mean it wasn't true or real. When you know, you know. Why should she apologize for wearing her heart on her sleeve. Sure, she could've played more hard to get...BUT, she was honest, and left it all out there- hopefully Chris reciprocates and all of this- "He can't let the other one go" is just for the audience to raise eyebrows and tune in.

Eviebloom, you make a good point that I had not even thought about. Andi was 26 when she was the Bachelorette last year. Didn't she seem a lot older back then than Becca is now? She was an assistant DA! As well, Desiree was 26 when she was Bachelorette, and she was well-established as a wedding dress designer and wedding consultant. Yet, Becca does seem a lot younger. She is mature in some ways yet as far as career goes, without a college degree her potential is more limited. Not sure how impt that is living on a farm in Iowa, though. But just the way Chris's mom touched her hair to move it out of her face, suggests she feels that Becca is more childlike. I can't even imagine her doing that to Whitney's hair. And you're right that Chris takes Whitney to Arlington, to his house on the farm as well as for a ride on the combine while he is harvesting. Can't wait to see what is going to happen Monday night!

I am another that thinks maturity and where you are in life trumps biological age.

Just thought of something. Did Chris ever tell Whitney he was "falling in love with her"? I thought I read that he told 2 of them he was falling in love with them, but one that he was in love with her...I know he told Becca & Kaitlin that he was falling in love with them, but I don't remember him saying anything like that to Whitney despite her multiple declarations to him...curious if he's waiting for the right moment. :cutesmile!:
