I guess she could have took a friends picture and reposted but I believe her DR trip had probably been planned since before she was even on the show so there wasn't a reason for her not to go.

Hey, no pic of Whitney there. And a million places look like that. There is no way to match that to a resort in DR. It was just blue sky and palm trees and no Whitney nor friends in the pic. **edited**.

I think this is spot on. They played the spoiler sources and RS all along to give Chris a real chance at making it work in the real world before the press and gossip mags all go nuts? Fits with the idea that I've had all along that W was majorly producer driven and Chris may have been in on the story at some point along the way (why he was choosing her first and kind of not even debating about her from the very beginning just handing her roses when we didn't really see much progression on why)... no offense to any W fans, but she has just been so staged all along to me and even the stuff like, "I am here for Chris, there is no other reason I would be here if not for him" The fact that she seemed to know how the game worked very very well (referencing lots of ITM interviews about getting a rose as a goal etc, telling him right away she loved him, wanted to be a wife etc...this girl is smart and has only been on maybe 3 dates before she is telling him that she is ready to leave her career and move to a town of 400 people that she hasn't been to?) also the fact that she is close friends with that Jackie or Jordan girl from Bachelor history. I am thinking that Ashley S and Kelsey were part of this plan too if not more of them. Just a wild and crazy idea of mine even before I started really digging into this stuff deeper (I haven't watched the Bachelor in years).

This does make a lot of sense. This always bugged me about that wedding they crashed (no way was that just a wedding they crashed!) Notice how not one person there recognized the Chris Soules, the Bachelor. I mean, you would think at least ONE person there would watch Bachelorette! His face was plastered all over the place for a month, and this is CA, where it starts filming! This had to have been "friends" of the some of the producers, etc. I even went to the trouble to find their wedding page online, and guess what? No last names! How many couples have wedding pages with no last names on it? Just Nick and Shannon. c'mon, sloppy, Bachelor.

Yep and then there was their date in DesMoines. They made sure to go to places were they would be seen (and photographed) in public. The Art Museum, the parks, and then the restaurant. Even in Chicago they went to public places. Contrast that with Beccas dates where they were mostly alone (other than crew). FRC in Iowa on a blocked off road. A town of 400 people... any strangers would be quickly spotted I would think and it would be pretty easy for ABC to throw sources off.

^^ to be fair, Becca's date in DSM included much more than was shown including lunch in a packed restaurant and walking in and out of stores in the middle of the day.

The deck was indeed matched to the resort.

Even the smallest thing/detail can be sleuthed and we have wonderful sleuthers here that can find and match up pretty much anything and everything.

ETA: this is Becca's thread, right? Maybe we can bring discussions back around her.

No idea why certain stuff was edited and other stuff wasn't. But I think it should be noted that they had public activities when the point being shown is public vs. not public

About the wedding crashing i think it was discussed and probably it's not the place here since it's Whitney's date, not Becca's ... but it was "planted".
Since I went to see the 1st part of it a few times ... I remember, Whit asks him what he likes (looks for) in a woman and Chris says someone who can "go with the flow (Whit's interpretation - and I actually didn't get it what Chris said) and move around strangers, make quickly friendships ... but during his response he indicates with his hand the action behind them ("like that over there")... then they "notice" the wedding and Whit jumps proposing if they go crash it.

No, momoftrips matched the exact pool and view to DR. That's where the picture was taken. Now I suppose she could have taken a friend's or googled the picture to repost but I don't see why she would go through the trouble considering she didn't post it til she had been home for several days.

I'm getting off-topic for this thread. Bottom line: the pic Whitney posted is from an exact resort in DR. Whether you think she took it or not is up to you to decide.

you are rt about what you had said. About Whitney being set up for F1 if C couldn't find someone. Now we have got somewhere. Didn't RS say smoking in the lines that they are engaged and then something like it won't last. Or something along those words. Anyways they say someone is going to prob. Back out rt. well if Becca didn't and let me say it agin didn't of course then would RS right. Man I reallllly had a bad taste saying that. laugh out loud

Becca wasn't into him he choose Whitney a few months go by they have bad brake and find out they werent ment for one another ect. Yada yada .TB looks like they tried. RC gets ppl to think he is the go to guy and they all make the money. After everything dies down then it's back to business as usual. The shows must go on. But still when you breakkkkkkk alll of this down and look at alll the facts. It points to Becca as the final 1 Smiley

Now TB makes a love story. They the happy couple wins. And because Show hasn't made that great of in finding ppl that end up staying together after the show. They need to redeem themselves. They now have two ppl are truly in love. It's win win.

Actually, despite being on Nick's board, I did saw chemistry and passion between Andi& Josh from the start, but I also saw a lot of incompatibility and butting heads to believe that could work. Either way ... they showed just enough, but Josh was very one-dimensionally portrayed, we as viewers didn't get to hear about his career (as of now, not like 10 years ago), he wasn't shown discussing other affairs much (to understand his way of thinking) and he also didn't talk about the connection Andi had with others ... similar 1D edit with Becca.

Nice to hear San. re the bolded, I agree and TBH I think Chris' interviews really imply he is taking things slow.
