It WILL be back. Season 3 is in Atlanta and the couples were actually married the first week of June. (5th, 6th, & 7th, I believe) They were quick to get that ball rolling before the dirty laundry got out on this season.

I didn't watch Season 1. The only reason I ended up watching this season was because I worked with Sean and was appalled that he was going to be on a TV show for MARRIAGE.
I won't be watching Season 3 either. This show needs to be pulled off the air.

Season One was fairly contrived, too.  However, two of the couples chose to remain married.  Now that they have signed extended contracts, they are being paid a substantial amount for their appearances and opinions.

I bet that the people who knew Sean rolled their eyes quite a bit during the show.  I myself would find myself shaking my head and saying a prayer for poor Davina.

Well, the reason I joined this forum was because I couldn't BELIEVE all the negativity towards Davina. I KNOW Sean and he has a history of being untruthful, egotistical, and a bragger. He had no problem telling people he was going to be able to get on Amazing Race or Survivor from this. It was sickening.

I'm so glad that you did. I surely hope that Sean's dream of making it big in the reality world doesn't pan out for him. The way that everything was edited was to make Davina look cold and difficult to get along with. To add, the hostility of those "experts" towards Davina just added to this image. I just hope that people will do some research and see the truth.

Things are not always as they appear, especially on television. I can remember, many years ago, that Omarosa from "The Apprentice," said that reality television was very scripted. She was made out to be the evil one. We all fell for it way back then. I have come to realize that most of reality television is totally scripted. It's hard not to fall for what is being shown if you take it at face value.

davina thinks that sean is not genuine, which that might be but ryan also thinks that jessica was not genuine as well. IMO they were all on there for the wrong reasons, whatever they may be.

What else was Ryan going to say? That was just another way for him to "justify" his unacceptable behavior. I don't believe a thing that comes out of his mouth.

He didn't have to say anything at all and that would of been best for him. There are alot of things that were not aired maybe she said it was a stepping stone for her acting.. who knows. Only they know and no one believe most of them at this point. What i wish they would do with the show is record and then show the episode the following week so there is no need to fake the relationships for so long and torture the couples.

No, not at all! Even when I started on this forum, it was already in place that I was leaving on June 6th. (which I guess made me a little brave with posting!)
I moved to an 8-5 job in a private practice.

Well, thank you for joining, number one. Number two, I wish he and Davina nothing but the best in the years ahead. As far as the show, I hope it does a better job in Season Three. The concept is quite good. Throw two folks into a fish bowl. See how they react with the help of licensed care providers ( I know, they may have dropped the ball this season) and see what may come of it.

At the end of the day, I think Season 1 will never be replicated since everyone has had a chance to see how it plays out. From getting the First Year show and paid for that and being minor celebrities in your area, if you had an inkling at wanting to become semi famous, this was another platform to use. Kind of how I thought American Idol jumped the shark after the first season since how many of the other "winners" really were all that? I became more about being semi infamous than the talent after a while. Jamie was the only one I questioned on Season 1 simply because she had been on the Bachelor, but it has given her a launching pad for other opportunities so to speak with this hosting stuff. I'm not sure I believe all the people on 2 were looking at it as a launching pad, but I don't think any of the guys went on the show without that in mind and at least Jessica I would believe wanted a launching pad since she was already in the modeling acting world, although very low. All of it is just my opinion!!!!
