It's probably to the Big & Rich concert. Their outfits are consistent, but Britt put her hair down. The impression from the preview is that they were sneaking away, but either I interpreted it wrong otr the preview is trying to be misleading. This would be her SQT, right? So no sneaking required...

She deleted her twitter account and has her sister defending her on FB, so no, I don't think it was staged. Too many words were uttered directly from Kelsey for me to just write it off as editing. It could be related to her grief and/or the meds that might have been prescribed for her, but it what it is imo.
