Well I found Whitney's twitter during filming and she must have deleted everything before then if she had anything because it was blank. Her first tweet wasn't until January.

^^ I agree with this. She deleted pics from Instagram before it became public. Plus she rarely tag people in her pics so they can't be referenced or checked out.

Aside from her mother dying there's no other significant information circulating about her. Nothing!

Perhaps she's got a secret past she decided to wipe out? Or she just didn't want her old tweets read by a bunch of strangers once she's announced as part of the cast. Understandable. I would like to know more about her though, besides the fact that she makes babies.

I am really perplexed by her. She has NO social media or google info at all other than the stuff we know from the show. Was trying to dig up any kind of information about her family or past schools etc and you just can't find it. I find it really interesting especially since Beccas family/past is very open and out there (along with Chris' for that matter). I just keep going back to my thought that W may be a producer planted character put in the season as an "out" for Chris if he didn't find anyone else suitable. Am I crazy? I just find it so odd that in this day and age (and on a show like this) that you can not find out any outside information about a person.

I mean we should be able to figure out when and where she graduated from Nursing School, or an obituary from her mothers death, info on her Uncle or sister... something. It's very very strange.

She graduated in 2007.

I was able to find out info regarding what nursing school she went to and other things. 
As far as social media is concerned, many professionals keep a low profile on FB, especially as they leave their mid-late 20's. Some do not embrace twitter, IG etc for the same reasons. 
Keeping a low profile is indeed desirable amongst a lot of people.

But it's very inconsiderate to us stalkers. :P

I understand that a young professional might want to keep things low key on social media, but this situation just seems strange to me. All the information out there comes from ABC either directly or indirectly. I see no sites from University of Kentucky listing her or any other sites that aren't somehow affiliated with the Bachelor (other than her workplace) that list her, she doesn't have parents, her sister is pretty locked down too. I just keep feeling that she was super staged all season. Maybe it's just me I just find it perplexing.

So true! think it is quite refreshing

Whit may have had twitter pre show simply to follow well known people she was interested in, without tweeting. I have twitter only to follow people who interest me. I have no need to send tweets.
