It is Jade as sleuthed by July and MiniD and you are probably correct that it may not be included...although I won't be surprised if it is to some extent. Maybe I've gotten used to the drama but the 'tent' scene with what appears to be Kaitlyn has been done before so adding a lil' something else makes sense.

If anything, Jade comes across as the sweet/Nebraska raised girl rather than overtly sexual/Kardashian style and that *innocent* but not thing may be why she fits the bill of being a possible contender (TPTB chose her for a reason). The scene with Jade and her adult-entertainment work makes me think of Bachelor Australia's Season 2 with one of the adult-entertainment girls (Stacy-Louise IIRC) who did a photo shoot with the lead (even more revealing than the one with Chris and Jade) so who knows. Pushing the boundaries may be the thing this season since it doesn't look to be that crazy, imo (even the pregnancy test makes me think it is a Jimmy Kimmel related gag/prank).

Awww... don't you think it is cute that this is the season of multiple virgins, ladies of "experience" and fertility doctors? Not to mention references by Chris about "planting seeds".

 I remember seeing the pics of her at the football game and thinking "she look sweet and a little boring - just like chris". The people who don't read the spoilers are going to be so shocked, I can't wait.

That's why I think it will be interesting if they do show that scene with Jade and Chris otherwise most of the shock will only come from tabloids/media if they choose to highlight Jade and if viewers go out and/or buy/read these spoilers on SM, etc. I still think her personality is sweet despite her choice of being in that industry. Someone in this forum said it awhile back, but some girls actually want to be a part of that world/scene. To me it is sad, but that's just me. She seems like a nice enough girl to have made in with Culinary school, etc.

Well he is "prince farming" so he is farming for 'something'. Sowing his wild oats (tent scene with Kaitlyn?) then settling down with the fertility girl so they can 'farm stuff' together.

I guess I got used to the harem-style/innocence paradigm of these shows this year so nothing surprises me. TBAUS S2 was salacious enough for me and much more-so than any TBUS has ever been, imo because the lead himself was a 'stripper' in the past and owned an adult-entertainment business and I was suckered into how real his connection with his F1 was only for him (post-FRC proposal) to choose his 3rd choice (F3). And this was Season 2 of their franchise. Ha! RS and the media would have had a field day with that season in the US. Plus, there were also lots of virgins and ladies of experience with an adult entertainer as well as a female high class escort as a contestant... the latter of which was very sophisticated.

In the end, this is a show about one man and many women. Chris himself stated that he wished he was a "polygamist" — his words, not mine. Joking or not, that's the gist of it. As is his comment about the women can leave if they don't think he is serious about finding a wife while making out with multiple girls. But hey, they all sign up for it and it is the 19th season so at the end of the day, hopefully they all get what they wanted out of the experience (exposure/fame, money, and so on... and love as a bonus).

Sidenote: I think the innocent vs. experienced theme is interesting since Britt said she was in a relationship but no intimacy yet kisses the first night and then Jade seems sweet and innocent and yet has her salacious past. I will only be shocked if the F2 have hidden skeletons. So far they seem the most normal and there for the right reasons so to Chris's credit for choosing the best of the crop (pun intended).

Oh yeah. I forgot about Britt. I did mention that in my goofy recap on the fun thread.

Yeah... I think they are up to something-something theme-wise.

BTW, is Kaitlyn getting the V-word too in the promo? Or is she the one talking?

All of this would be an interesting topic if an edit/storyline thread is started.

I'm thinking the situation with Jade is going to be complicated.... we just won't know enough about her to know the motivation behind making the choices she's made in her life.... and who knows how she feels about those choices now? It will be interesting to see how soon we, the audience, learn about her past relative to when Chris finds out. "Trust" seems to be a big theme this season too (as part of the 2nd chances theme).

The comments below some of her photos were pretty funny though. Someone commented that her private areas were photo shopped. Puts a whole new spin on the JODI eyebrow sculpting.

Talking about "Theme" JBF and jcrbil I totally agree with your posts concerning the whole experience/innocence theme (makes me think of William Blake's poems... I digress) and Second Chances theme.

Speaking of themes, julychild posted about the Second Chances theme in the Kimberly thread that makes so much sense to me and is spot on. (Hope you don't mind julychild but going to paste here.) I had posted about Kimberly coming back next episode and how that seems so planned and julychild's reply about 'Second Chances' nails it for me.

Additionally, even Chris (with his ended engagement and on Andi's season) started as the lead by getting a second chance (3rd?) at love by being 'The Bachelor'.

It is going to be an interesting season from that perspective alone, imo. Thanks to julychild for posting that, helps to re-pique my interest in viewing this season and the second chances that are given/needed. Sounds a lot like... real life/reality!

That reminds me... and pardon me for going off the deep end again. This belongs on another thread.

The word "trust" is spoken twice in the promo. First when Kelsey is giving HIM a "second chance" (probably in relation to her backstory as a widow and not because of something he did "wrong" necessarily) and secondly when one gal... looking and sounding like Kaitlyn... asks if he trusts her.

Last time, we got "trust" spoken twice in a promo was in Desiree's: she says she trusts Bryden and later "trusts all of them" (i.e. men in general) with her F1 Chris Siegfried in the water scene. Brad's season had a bit of it too.

I must confess that Kaitlyn's edit is the one most fascinating to me regardless of what her "pecking order" will be (i.e. the spoilers are right and she leaves at her designated time or she is some special "boomerang" situation that provides a "gotcha" we don't see coming). In any case, she and Whitney got equal time and attention from HIM both on the show and in his blog as some sort of yin/yang of what he wants.

Both get very interesting key shots in relation to the W-word.

Whitney gets hers in the promos when he asks: "I'm here to find a wife and if any of you question that, you are more than welcome to go home"

Kaitlyn is seen twice "around" the W-word.
1.) In focus with some slightly out-of-focus ladies after he says "my wife is in the room" (putting his hand to his chest)
2.) Between the lines of "hope to find my wife out of this" followed by "and I truly believe it".

Needless to say, BOTH Whitney and Kaitlyn have rather perplexed expressions on their face during these scenes... ha ha!

Obviously we can't rule Becca out of the equation, although she, Jade and others are still pretty much under-the-radar at this point. In the promo, it looks like he is walking with her as he voice-overs: "I'm doing whatever it takes to find love and bring it back to my home in Iowa." (followed by a scene of him kissing Britt). In Sean's promo... just for comparison... he says "I am so optimistic...  (shown hugging F1 Catherine)...that I will find love with one of these women" (beach scene, then Sean with Selma)

I dunno.. they are playing games with us this season... again. Either they WANT us to think something strange happens at the end of this with his "I don't think it is possible to make a choice" (among three women) and nothing does...

or... ???

Okay, so I finally got to watch and hubby behaved and watched with me. He said Jade's porn was very low key form what he could find online, then during the rose ceremony about 2/3 through he said well he obviously likes brunettes better. When I told him he picks the blond, he was surprised. He also laughed that it would be hypocritical of a guy with a DUI to kick someone off because they got drunk and it might actually attracted him more.

Best of all when crazy onion lady (an Ashley too right?) got a rose, he said well obviously the producers made him keep that one around.

I am not sure how I feel about Chris. He reminds me of Matthew McConaughey in the way he looks and talks, but he doesn't have any of MM's charisma. Sorry, I think I still would rather have seen my Josh and football in GA season.

I am curious who the virgins are, I only read the last five pages to catch up. I think some of the jealousy for Becca was the dress that my hubby kindly said, well she has a long shirt, but where is her skirt? I was wondering if Becca flashed her panties accidentally all night.

And sorry while Britt is beautiful, though I want to cut off about five inch of her dead hair off the end, she is so fake it is incredible. If she is the bachelorette, I may actually skip altogether. I will wait to decide, but JBF, I would rather they bring back Clare Bear.

Nikki is gorgeous, but they didn't show her much at all. Carly, you totally should have known better, didn't you love her head shaking no as she told Chris yes she would accept his rose?

I also agree 11 girls on a group date is stupid and I too wish they would scale back on the number.
