It was done by the upset or even before. But I think that is why she was so happy the next day. He told her she was the one.

Yeah she knew, just like JP knew. Ashley did admit post show, that she said I love you , first. It must have been on the fantasy date. He knew.

April being so upset, Tim had to tell her. He couldn't let her leave. Imo, I noticed that even Tim and April... their proposal...
