reasons I don't believe that the lookout is a separate date is 1 - Tim has on the same clothes... exact same clothes and shoes!!  and 2 - I don't believe the meeting with the horses was them meeting for first time that day.  I will never buy that after supposedly not having seen each other since HTD RC that the first words out of her mouth are "I thought we were going to go wrangle snakes" ... that is totally illogical to me.    We see April run to greet him and talk about how she missed him, the kisses and hugs.... that's a Bach FD greeting.  We see a similar one with Trish at Belevedere Lookout, so when you tie that in with the same clothes and her indicating that she'd probably been told to go put her boots on (her thinking snakes), I am convinced that was the beginning of her FD.

If we see her in another set of clothes, and Tim too, I'll then believe it was a legit LCD.

They will obviously be cutting a lot out. It's the editors job to make sure it's done per instructions and see that it flows for the storyline. I have no doubt they will. That pretty much is finite--a bit subjective whether it is a smooth transition or not.
I won't speculate what will be cut out because I am not following the show that closely, but many Bach AM's have cut out the whole getting ready/dressing/primping for FRC and cut to limo ride and dismissal/proposal/final rose.
Lots will be cut out, including ITM's. There are always things shown in promos etc left on the floor.

If they can fit two FD's dates that included the day and evening portion, two MTP's, Tim speaking with his parents, April panicking, and also some filler stuff in an hour, I personally think they can easily fit much, much less in 30 minutes.

I'm just wondering, if that's the time slot and the description of each half hour, what other options are there? Do you think something else will happen in that hour?

Not really, but looking at the 1/2hr time slot for the finale, I just have a hard time seeing them fit it all in if April is in fact F1.  TO me, they could easily fit in April's departure, then the itm's all over that, then the ring shopping and the itm's then the getting ready for the FRC with Trish.  My main thing, I really wonder if we will even see any of the LCD's if in fact there are any.  If we did, I would think it may only be for the F1, especially IF April is actually leaving.  Now since the question on the Bachcan site in the fantasy pool, about What cute love ritual do Tim and Trisha perform? yet there is none of April.  Up until that point, the two of them were pretty equal in the fantasy pool questions.  Now considering that this pool question goes up Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, and considering that April is still there at that time, wouldn't she also have a question or two?  I don't mean to start anything, just trying to figure out how they can actually fit all in that they have to without it looking like a complete mess.
