Because of the blooper SC of Trish.

1) She is standing in front of the very last bungalow by the cement wall. She may very well just have been walking in that area and towards a cement wall but it is likely she was staying there because, as I stated in my post awhile back, it is the most private bungalow and separated from where April stayed (see below map).
2)I believe Trish, Tim, April, and parents ALL stayed at the Pearl (see my reasoning at end of post).
3) Again, it needs to be clarified that here is a cement, retaining wall that separates from where Trish may have stayed and that cement wall I pointed to/labeled on my map that I rendered for possible FRC location. One cannot access the area where Trish may have stayed because of this cement wall (see pics below).

--- I originally posted this upthread and said that the deck they are on is a stage possibly or a structure there. I concluded this from the chair dock images I posted upthread that are located further left of the red house on the map below that made me think they may have another one there, though I stated a temporary rental structure was more likely and it is by the shoreline.

Pearl Map where Trish, April, Tim, Tim's parents spotted
--- Below is the map I made awhile back which outlines where Trish may have stayed, Tim and engagement ring, April and Upset, MTP and possible FRC—labeled and in red at the bottom of the map.
- I posted a while back that I believe Trish stayed in that last bungalow as it is most private and most separated from where April stayed in the garden bungalows, and MTP on the beach opposite side of Trish, and Tim on the overwater bungalows (SC and matched all these locations already).

I firmly believe that April and Trish stayed at the Pearl as did Tim and I stated so numerous times based on previews for Finale Part 1. Many said no, different locations but there has been NO evidence yet to support that any of them stayed anywhere else.
1) other than their dates (Pineapple Plantation/Belvedere for Trish... Sunset Beach/CooksBayYacht for April) every scene has taken place at the Pearl.
2) We have seen both girls walking around the Pearl and the PIs were at the Pearl.

I go with the evidence and the evidence is so far only the Pearl for non-dates. Thus, I find it unlikely (although possible) that they filmed the FRC anywhere other than the Pearl. Just my speculation based on what has been seen and sleuthed.

I could be wrong but I originally posted Pearl and have yet to find another spot that fits logic as to why they would film the FRC at another location when everyone was staying at the Pearl (no evidence to suggest otherwise as of yet whether it is believable or not, it is what the SCs have shown) and logic tells me that for those lights they would need electricity and who knows what else, stage, etc.

JMO and can be totally wrong but the above is why I have this opinion.

It's the wall. Look at my post above. I already matched this wall. Also matched it for Trish's blooper SC awhile back.

Oh not needed... I was actually focusing on the Trish blooper SC that was sleuthed and confirmed with that wall weeks ago and the map was posted in the confirmed thread indicating Trish by that wall, thus it was the reason I posted the FRC outside that wall as we began to sleuth possible FRC locations. Just woke up to see sleuthing this location opposite of the cement wall as I SC/mapped upthread and thought it was the location last night then feedback seem to be other locations instead now back to this one... so just trying to catch up on it all.  Haha.

Great find Sophie. Further confirms that they stayed at the Pearl as we have seen and that others stayed there too. From the reviewer, this was not appreciated which is to be expected... 30 people from the crew spoiling their holiday but making great TV.
