The Bachelor Canada - Season 2 - Episode 6 - Oct 21 - Discussion - *Spoilers*

I just watched and have to process what happened. I know most despise Lisa and I think I should not like her, but I still do for some crazy reason. I still think she is stunning. I wonder if it is all a game to her, just to beat the other girls?
I don't get all the April love. I don't find her attractive and I think she seems boring.
Trish….I do love her personality. I find her cute, but there is something odd looking about her….her neck maybe? It seems broad and she dresses sort of dowdy. But I still like her.
Sachelle is very pretty and sweet but I see no chemistry there at all.

Katlynn didn't break down near as bad as I thought she would.

I have no clue who is F1, but I don't think Tim will end up married to any of them. I'd say not Sachelle, otherwise, it could be any of the other 3.

So I'm home now and re-watching the date with Trisha. Tim gives her the present and she thanks him and grabs his face with her hands and starts kissing him...and he is sitting there with his hands crossed in front of him.

When Tim and Trisha go for their walk after dinner...and even before...he just holds her hand. He doesn't even seem to try to put his arm around her or to pull her closer. Earlier when they were walking he was also not looking at her too much.

By the time they got to the dancing in the square, I could have told you what all they were going to do before I even saw it. Generic Bachelor.

One thing that I commented on earlier, when he is doing his ITM's or the VO's during the date, he never once says Trish...not once. When he was with April, he repeated her name constantly, but here no specific mention of Trish which leads me to wonder if he was being asked about someone else and then it was edited to be about this date?

An aside--her voice is really annoying me on this date. She has that squeaky, high pitched, sing song voice happening when a girl is trying to flirt with a guy and is trying too hard. Not natural.

Overall, she is his only other real choice. There is no way he will be picking Lisa after all the drama and we just said goodbye to the other drama queen Kaylynn. Sachelle is clearly in the friend zone, so that only leaves April and Trisha.

I did not like Lisa's smerks!! He must have been forced by production to keep her for the drama, that's the only thing I can think of and the fact that maybe he didn't want to meet Kaylynn's family and then send her home.

If, April does have second thoughts about Tim when he is keeping Lisa around I think if I were in her shoes I would have thought to take myself out of the show as well.

I like April so I hope he is able to convince her to stay. I loved the smile he gave April when he called her for her rose!! IMO he has it bad for her but I never get the F1 right so who knows.

According to April's blog, she had breakfast with Tim one morning at sunrise. Obviously, the other girls could have been there, but no one else mentioned it in their blog, so I'm not sure if it was just an April thing or not.

Moral of the story is that no one is perfect and people make mistakes. It’s how you own up to them and deal with them that matter. I’m very relieved that we will all be kept separate, as I am not conversing with these girls any further.

I thought I heard somewhere that Tim made breakfast for the women during filming..maybe it could be from that?

I don't think it's about "April love" it's about who we see Tim being the most attracted to and watching how they interact when together.  I've often said that I can see why they get Trish and even Kaylynn to do the narrating and do lots of PI's as April is very shy around the camera and doesn't put a lot of inflection in her voice.  Sachelle is very similar to April in that she's more subdued when talking too, it's just their personality's, neither are flamboyant in the speech or actions.  I think Tim prefers to date women like that as opposed to party girls.  

I still like Trish a lot but not seeing a connection with them, just generic bach actions from Tim, and she seems to like him more than he likes her.  If he's not with April for some reason, I hope it's Trish.  I also noticed when Tim was talking to Trish about his fears about the show, that it was more in the generic sense and not so much a personal conversation with her.  Like he was chatting with a friend about his "journey"  :Nod:

Also noticed lot's of PI's, mostly Tim's I think, where they used that same purple backdrop that they used in TO. Really curious now as to when those were done!

she didn't own up to anything. she downplayed what really happened and it was Sachelle who told him the truth. And then she says that she's the one not conversing with them?? wow, that chick is delusional about the whole thing and how her actions just weren't cool for a contestant. It's no different than the contestant that got the boot for making out with a producer in the US Bach. Lisa's not into Tim, kinda like Whitney wasn't into Brad... both just wanted to be "winning" gag me.

I don't get all the April love neither nutty. Sure, we saw some sparks in the beginning but for a while now it is completely stalled. We get nothing from them at all, no rose ceremony time, no connection on group dates...to me right now, she's becoming a matter of time girl. It seems that Trish has been getting a lot more time and last night's date was a major game changer. Especially for Tim when he talks about how romantic their night was. This was in an ITM in the "library" at the casa where they stayed. Most if not all ITM's were from that casa location so am sure it is about Trish considering she's the only date that went really well this week. Looking at Tim, he seemed really taken with Trish.

The best part of all this for me? I really do not care who he picks! It's so much more fun watching that way!

was just watching the video diaries and question of the weeks - Tim's background for all 6 episodes were him wearing the same shirt with same purple background. so those were all done at the same time. The ones for the girls were done during the week of the date, so Tim doing them too must have been an afterthought The purple ones are very similar to the Ep 1 diaries, so I'm wondering if they did up a few images there for use with a green screen to do PI's in later episodes, and that's why the ones last week were 2 different backgrounds of purple scenes.
