Because, it wasn't about helping in dating, but building a strong marriage.

One talking about all the aspects taken into account into who was picked.

Courtney first. Said 'what if' got her to do it.

She went all in and that's why she made her decision early.

She had a timeline...don't know what that was about.

Marriage is hard. Great role models. Hard to not have family support, but in her heart she knew that in the end they would.

Parents didn't support it. It was had for them not to be there.

Hardest decision to do it without her parents. But, she was ready.

Vaughn spent 11 years in the military as an avionics technician and was working as a technician. He moved in with Monet and had a longer commute because of the move. I think he has a good career.

They may have had different expectations, but I like Vaughn. What guy doesn't like his partner to cook. I think they put too much emphasis on the whole cooking thing, especially since Monet doesn't cook. Some women like to be responsible for the cleaning and cooking while their partners look after other chores in the household.

These two didn't have anything in common as far as finding the right partner IMO.

Wait till you see what Monet says about Vaughn and black women!

I wouldn't have agreed with Cortney doing this, but if I was her mom I would have been at the wedding anyway. Jason just confirmed he is in the fire academy. I saw the discussion earlier. He would get caught in that lie, so I can't see how it's not true.

They're trying to make it questionable whether either couple is still together in their previews but I'm not buying it. 

Cortney admitted she was surprised at the time that Jason had doubts about staying married.
