I think they show the issue about trust from his past in an episode where he hits roses and things with a baseball bat. Saw it in the preview and it looks like that exercize is shown on next weeks episode so we will have to wait and see.

Last night was very enlightening to me. I see why JPG won't say IL to Nikki. He loves her, you can see that, but Nikki's behavior, attitude toward him conflicts with the "ILU' she tells him. He wants her to show him that she loves him, not just say it, and act indifferent towards him. When Nikki start showing love to JPG, he is will respond with "I love U".
That scene with JPG dancing for her reminded me why I loved him during the show, he is so easy going, but her ignoring him was very cringed worthy. For a moment, I wish he had picked easy going Chelsie, but he was't attracted to her. Nikki has to get our of her comfort zone to make this work, because JPG really loves her, otherwise, he would have left (according to his cousin words at MTP). I think, Dr jenn will be able to help them. I am really liking the whole group interactions and the other couple stories now.

I had said they have different love languages. His is acts of love and hers are words. They both need to learn how to communicate so the other gets what they need.

I actually agree that the amount of ILYs on this show devalue the ILY.

I like Nikki and JP together and hope producer is right about seeing an amazing side of Nikki as show progresses.  There are 4 episodes left so I hope the change is soon because at this point she is not bring shown very favorably....

"Bachelor" couple Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell have been put through the ringer during their time on "Couples Therapy." However, it looks like there is a big light at the end of the tunnel. Show producer John Irwin appears to have some serious faith in the pair.

"If they end up hopefully getting married and having kids, a big part of them staying together will have been them coming on the show," Irwin tells Zap2it.

Viewers have gotten to see a different and unexpected side to Ferrell during her time in therapy. Irwin defends the unfavorable light shown on the blonde saying, "On this show she had an opportunity to have a voice. On 'The Bachelor,' since the show focused on him, you didn't really get to see her emote. As it progresses, viewers will see an amazing side to her."

Irwin says part of the reason the couple decided to come on the VH1 show after only a couple months of dating was to set the record straight. "Juan Pablo felt like he was manipulated on 'The Bachelor.' Coming on the show [Juan Pablo and Nikki] both had concerns of again being manipulated. They had an opportunity to come on and really be themselves. Viewers are getting to see who they really are," Irwin explains.

There are some really good Episode 7 clips on the VH1 app.  I wonder if they released them early or if it was a mistake.  A few of the JP and Nikki ones are eye opening.

Jenna just bashes Nikki in one of them.  I could see how there would be friction between the two of them because the family life they both grew up in were 180 degrees apart.

Just saw the 4 vid clips you mentioned Soccerm3m. These 2 really have communication issues. I was very much interested with JPG's reaction regarding Nikki's friendship with Andi. I've been wondering how JPG handles Andi's constant belittling of him and if this does not affect his relationship with Nikki. I like Cecily's and Dick comments and observations. I hope it served as an eye opener to Nikki to consider JPG's feelings and defend him and not be bias towards Andi.

If they don't love each other i doubt they would still be together at this time. As JPG said in the interview, CT was a big help in their relationship.

I'm surprised by Jenna's comments towards Nikki. I've read in an article that Nikki and Jenna are friends. This could be another trick of editing.

I know this is a bit off topic, but the clip of Treach was so powerful it moved me to tears.

Nikki and JPG....I don't know. What holds them together? Love? I am not so sure. Maybe they were both so affected by their time on TB that they are still reverberating and holding onto each other to preserve their damaged self-images. i am looking forward to watching the rest of the season unfold.
