Yeah Nick that won BIP has known Josh since childhood. I remember he tweeted that to someone who asked how he knew Josh.

Though Nick P played baseball a U of Tampa (same as Roberto), if he's from the Florida area, they probably knew each other playing ball growing up. I'm not sure where Nick grew up though.

Nick Peterson won Bachelor Pad. He chose to keep all the money, leaving his partner Rachel with no winnings because she chose to share. If they both chose share, they'd share the winnings. If one chooses share and the other keep, the person who chose keep, gets to keep it all. $250,000.

He was on Ashley's season.

I'm not sure that he knows Andi and Josh personally, perhaps it was a friendly response because they are all part of the bachelor family.
