I actually think Zack was just realistic, not less invested. To me he was being honest, I don't know that anyone should be willing to propose at the end of three weeks in "paradise" when you have no idea what the other person will be like in the real world.

To me I take Zack's developing feelings more seriously then Cody or Marcus being all in so quick. All of them can work, but a little hesitation doesn't mean that it can't work, it means the person moves not just with heart but with head as well. That is what I prefer. A Cody or Marcus would freak me out. Of course even when young and skinny, I would not have gone on this insane show.

The show was crazytown last night. Clare really needs to read some books about how to talk to men, because she must be scaring them off, if her behavior with Zack was typical for her. I think he liked her, but she pushed him too hard to make an unrealistic commitment past the confines of this show, which he, logically, had no interest in doing. Not every guy is like Marcus, who "falls in love" (or thinks he does) with women at the drop of a hat (this makes 2 in 2 months, I think). I would also be a little skeptical if I were Lacy that he is confusing love with infatuation. Hope it works out for them because they seem to be well matched.

Speaking of well matched, the one thing Cody and Michelle seem to have most in common is desperation Cody actually makes Marcus look cautious by comparison. It's funny how the only relationships that have apparently survived post filming are the ones that moved at lightning speed. I just hope in both cases that these couples don't rush to the altar, as I get the feeling that all four (well, maybe not Lacy) are the type who are in love with being in love, and maybe aren't fully looking before leaping.

I wonder how they determined the order of bringing in the contestants. Obviously, the ones who came in the last couple of episodes didn't really have any time to form relationships, and didn't even have many (or in some cases, any) options as to who to pair up with, unless one had the "nerve" to try to break up an existing couple. Too bad one of the two new women didn't ask Graham out, I would have enjoyed seeing if he would have had the cojones to escape, and watching AshLee have another meltdown.

I wish another girl did ask Graham. I also wish he would accept!! That would make great TV!!

The only answer I've seen with regard to that is what was said in the ET Online interview with Nancy O'Dell:

Nancy O'Dell: Would you ever be The Bachelor?
Nick: "I think anyone would be flattered to even be considered."
Nancy O'Dell: Is that a yes?
Nick: "I would have to talk to my family. I would have to make sure my heart is open and ready for that. In fairness to myself and those other people. It would be flattering to be considered."
Nancy O'Dell: But they haven't approached you yet.
Nick: "No. They haven't said anything to me."

This answer has been quoted by a couple of news articles covering the selection of Chris S - no doubt raised because of the teaser last night by the show that Nick was a possible candidate. I don't believe they ever considered him and I don't believe he ever gave them an answer (he actually told O'Dell he hadn't been approached). The teaser last night was just another way of capitalizing on the controversy - made plausible because they knew Nick had never publicly said "No".

And I think she is skeptical. Again last night (as before) when Marcus professes how he feels about her she is not making any sort of reciprocal comments and I think that is out of skepticism. Lacy has played this show very smartly actually - up to and including skepticism about Marcus (which I believe get's resolved shortly).

I'm sure (just because of how they operate) that the order was determined based on who they thought they could get the most drama out of. Graham and AshLee were glittering bachelor gold they could have seen a mile away, as would be bringing Michelle back because of her history with Graham. Clare and Elise also were also gold just for the insanity they bring.

Marcus may have fallen in love quickly considering he just came off of Andi's season, however I think it's a good thing in a way. He went through the Bachelorette experience, and knew very quickly that Lacy is the one. This may not have happened if he didn't go through the motion of dating someone who was dating 24 other guys. He has spent more time with Lacy then he ever did with Andi. They are together every day. I believe it's a case of one door closing and another opening.

Cody, fell just as fast if not quicker than Marcus. He first wanted Clare, then went with Michelle. He is saying all the same things to Michelle as he said to Andi in a very short time. No diff IMO

Clare and AshLee deserve what they get. These two are a good example of playing mind games. Grow up.

The thing about Marcus and Lacy is that at this point in filming, they had probably sent more time together than the final couple at the end of the Bachelor or Bachelorette.

Maybe another way of looking at this is that:

Marcus may have fallen in love quickly because he just came off of Andi's season.

Many of us believe that TB and TBette create a pressure cooker environment that encourages the cast to "put them selves out there" and "be open with their emotions" and all that encouragement would have been very fresh in Marcus' mind as he went on BIP. This might not be Marcus' normal way of doing things - we just can't really know one way or another because because we have no information. But it is interesting that Marcus shares the same "speed loving" tendency with Cody who also most recently came off the same show where that was encouraged.

Lacy never stayed around long enough to know how that part of show manipulation works so it's not surprising she wouldn't understand it and would be skeptical because of it, but to Marcus he may have just been heeding all the advice he got from the producers on Andi's season.

Yes, but I think a longer time frame is still better, because time apart makes you miss each other and sort through your feelings and thoughts. So even if you don't spend as much time together, you have more time to digest everything. Being together 24/7 would totally suffocate me, but if it works for them then that's nice. Hope they'll live happily ever after. I still find Marcus creepy though and have since like week 2 of Andi's season.

I have no words for Cody. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but I just can't.

I just got caught up on Monday and Tuesday's episodes... I've got to say, I love Michelle! This show would be so boring without her, her PI's are hysterical "I'll make your braid look great" While the Michelle and Cody pairing does seem a bit odd, I actually like them together. Cody won me over on Andi's season, he radiates such positive energy and has such a joy for life, and Michelle is such a sweetie, I think she could use that in her life. Especially with Michelle having a daughter, Cody seems like he would have such a positive influence on kids.

I wasn't as much of a Clare fan on JP's season but I've enjoyed her on BIP, she also added some pizzazz on this show. The problem is, Clarebear seems to micromanage relationships too much and that just doesn't work.

Is it just me.... but it seems like we never see Graham and Ashlee "hanging out" together except for when they go on a date? There must be a lot more going on with them than what they're showing us because I can't believe Graham would continue with Ashlee and the drama.

I see this as a reasonable explanation of Clare and her relationship with Zack as well.  She went to final 2 and we all saw how Nick was manipulated into thinking he was the one, the same happened with her even to the point of smiling on her way to the finale with JP and after his talk of having children with her and as Nick would say JP "going to far" to convince her.  It also explains why she wanted to hear Zack was sure he wanted her and no one else. She asked him about his attraction to Jackie and just didn't want to get blindsided again.  When Zack started questioning their relationship she was already emotionally spent due to dealing with AshLee's mean spirited smearing of her reputation. There is at least one pic with Zack and his arm around Clare's waist standing with Lucy on the other side at the premier live tweeting. I saw where Lucy tweeted Clare after premiere she should go for it (think she meant go for Zack). Maybe after the dust settles they could make it work if they both want to try for a private relationship like normal people.

Girl needs to make up her mind. She doesn't want to Chase The Man. She wants him to chase her. Yet, if there is nothing between him and Jackie (and we have to see how this silly show ends since they COULD be a couple), there has to be some chasing coming from both ends here.

Chris Harrison is assuming they are "dunzo" in his last blog... probably because he thinks Clare Bear is too bonkers for Zorro.
