Socials are always at bars, no drinking in the sorority house unlike the frats so I think that's what she means- he showed up to the bar which was holding their event.

Josh is going to have a good time where ever he goes, that's just how he's always been. His fb is full of pics like the one where he's making a face with the girls. Andi is Josh's fb friend, her private fb, and all the many pics are still there, so she obviously knows how he is and loves it or he would have deleted some of them. As she said, he's funny, he's fun, he makes her laugh. I truly doubt any of this will bother her at all. She also knows he's with his co-workers, and they are having some fun. No big deal.
