^This isn't really the right thread, but since you mentione him I'll respond here. Sean has other projects/businesses he works on besides the appearances they make and his upcoming book. He continues to do more public speaking about his faith/testimony and I suspect that's a route he will continue to take and perhaps eventually become a minister like he's mentioned doing in the past. If he doesn't go that route, he has other private business ventures he's invested in that could be very lucrative for him and their family.

I'm interested to see what path Andi takes in terms of her career. Will she go into media of some kind? Stick with law? Something else?

For those thinking it's the first time they'd been apart since they got engaged... not true.  There was plenty of time spent apart while Andi was doing promotion while the show was airing and they couldn't appear together.  And it's entirely possible that Josh was in Athens for business into the evening, but returned home to Andi before the night was done.

They are adults and had very full lives before they began sharing their lives.  There will be plenty more opportunities for them to spend time apart and it will all be fine.

I do believe that Sean has business interests which he keeps private currently and Catherine is finding fun/interesting ways to use her graphic design background.  We see a public version of them, but there's more going on there.

Truthfully, everyone who comes out of the franchise (at least as a recognizable person) has opportunities all of which involved promotion, etc.  For instance, Ashley, our dentist and soon to be mom is tweeting out that she can hardly wait to share nursery items which are flowing in.  It is a way to add to income and why not seize the opportunity.

I know they have been apart since they got engaged.  But I think this is the first time since they came out publicly engaged.

Yes, like they have said in many many interviews they don't want to move to California they want to stay in Atlanta and Andi wants to continue in the lawyer path in her words she said that she worked very hard for that degree so she will be continue working as a lawyer.
Something else, I think they are going to do some other things on the side while working (like they have done since the finale) and I love that.

Also, Andi and Josh doesn't like the paparazzi and all that kind of things that comes with being a public figure. Josh even had to call the police because a paparazzi was following them in the road of visiting his grandfather. I think they are commit to staying in their respective professions and building a family in Atlanta and do some appearances on the side. IMO

I listened to that interview again and he said in a few weeks. So I guess it maybe 3 or 4 weeks before we hear anything.
