I was not bothered by flipping the bird pic, I think it is harmless and all in good fun. Plus I kind of have a dry, vulgar sense of humor anyway. I don't think they meant to offend anyone with it and maybe weren't really taking account of it being so public since until within the last year, they never had to think about that as probably just close friends/family were following them on twitter/instagram. Now since they are somewhat noticed/followed due to the Bachelorette obviously the following has grown slightly. As to the other pic of Nick with the 3 girls, he definitely is looking good and certainly knows how to work a scarf!

I agree I see nothing wrong by the pic. of them flipping the bird . Seems like a great family that enjoys being together and having fun.

I'll give the Viall family a pass on this.  They're having fun and, who knows, maybe the kids dared their mom to show what she thought of Mike Fleiss!  LOL  He deserves more than a bunch of middle fingers!

I really love Nick and the Viall family (why I'm on this thread) and I am familiar with their sense of humor, but I don't like the bird pic not knowing the intention.  It is a message, but to whom?  If it were to MF and Co. then good for them and many more!  I think it is ok to love people but not love everything they say and do.  I still love them even though I didn't love the pic.  Wasn't meant to be a slam or anything like that. My apologies to any fellow NickChicks I offended.

Hey, I agree with your post, especially the bolded part. You all know I am a huge Nick supporter but the birdie picture is not my cup of tea. I know they were having fun, which is great, but I don't think it's necessary to post the picture for all to see. It's one of Nick's younger brothers who posted so maybe he just thought it was funny. I am just glad Nick wasn't in the picture and didn't post it because I don't want him to take more flak. Anyway, time for Nick to post more selfies

I am super impressed with the questions the students are asking they're taking it seriously him being there I would be very interested in his responses. Good for him for doing it I think the students will learn a lot about social media behaviours as that seems to be the focus of the class based on their questions.
