I wouldn' t be proud of myself for spending $15 on fabric for a gown and making it on the plane and at the same times selling tshirts for $50.

Why shouldn't she be proud? Southward Apparel is selling the t-shirts, not Andi. It's their company and they determine the pricing. It's not like she's hawking the shirts out of the back of her car and pocketing all the cash. And if people think $48 is too much to spend for a t-shirt, no one's forcing them to buy it. I don't see that she has anything to be embarrassed about.

I think Josh is a handsome guy, whether he is on his slimmmer side or with a few pounds.  But I do agree that his suit this evening does not fit properly and makes him look a little pudgy, when he really isn't. Good custom tailoring is what he needs, not really a stylist.  If he had a well fitting suit he would look quite impressive I think.  I am a sewer and I give Andi props for effort, but this dress is all about the drape and that is something that really takes skill, which usually comes from professional training and lots of practice. I agree the color was a good choice for her and I like the overall design, but I think it lacked in the execution. And her figure was lost in it, as someone else said. At least they looked like they were dressed for a red carpet, unlike some of the guys who came stag!

I'm talking about Me, not her. She can be proud if she wants and she should be. IMO if it was me, I wouldn't broadcast that I spent 15 bucks to make an evening gown when I'm launching a tshirt that costs more than double that.  I'm aware Southward is selling the t-shirts, which she would get a cut from the sales and that I would think before any deal was made, a price range would have been set prior to starting the project.

Some will say, wow that's awesome, she can sew, and not to mention whip it up on a plane on the way to her event.

Me personally, I just found it cheesy to broadcast that statement, whereas she was probably patting herself on the back.

I have several that my son makes fun of me for all the time.

Rubber - Eraser He works in the same office as I do, and one day I asked him if he took my rubber out of my desk. He almost fainted, and I didn't get why he had such a shocked look on his face.

She needs to loose the Angelina Jolie pose even when she's wearing pants. I do like the colour of the dress. I will always remember Italy when looking at Olive Green. I painted my bedroom once Olive Green as inspiration of the many olive trees I walked through during my trip to Italy.

Well I don't think irons are allowed, and maybe there wasn't one in the hotel. I posted somewhere here last night that the first thing I noticed was her hem along her left side. It looked like it was sewn, but not pressed.It stuck out to me like a sore thumb.

If she would have made it at home, took her time, did it properly, and simply say she made it herself if she was asked, it would have been a much better outcome IMO.

I agree.
I remember Des made some of her own dresses for either one of her seasons or both, I have forgotten the details now. It's an admirable quality and skill.
