I've been convinced that Andi lives with Josh at this point. An apartment with both of their names on the lease would just make it official.

I thought at the beginning of the season some girl said that Josh lives on top of where she works. This looks like a ground floor.

The show rented out an apartment/safehouse that they both shared during the airing of the show. Maybe that was it. Or this was it. Or maybe she was wrong.
