Southeastern Conference

Ruston is between Shreveport and Monroe, Louisiana.  The school there is Louisiana Tech but it is not in the SEC.  They do have a football team and Terry Bradshaw and Phil Robertson went there.

ETA: La Tech is Conference USA. I know nothing about that conference, though. I know it is division 1

football, but you can't read the team name. The color is blue so I don't know who it could be. It is possible that it's a HS team
