Thanks Catdwoman.  I think you and I are actually thinking a like in a lot of this.

I also like that no matter how we saw the relationship with Nick and Andi we are all friends here.  Doesn't matter how or what happened.

I also hope for Nick's sake that this week has taught him that he should not take her back if he ever had the chance.

Kasha, I love your posts.  I too am a believer that before you confront others you need to own your own part in what ever the problem is.  Disagreements, break ups, etc. are never just one persons fault.

I see some of that in Nick, but I really do wish he had never mentioned that they had sex, because it did in some ways sink him down to Andi's level.  I don't see much of owning her part in problems from Andi and that continues to be my problem with her and why the MeAndI that you and Bet2Win developed was so perfect for to me.

I will say that I like the woman of the Murray family, most of what I have seen from them shows compassion while still being strong women, so maybe Andi will learn a little from them.

I agree with you. However, being how biased I am towards Nick, I will cut him some slacks, because he owned up to it in all of his interviews. I will be the first one to admit that many times I wish I could have taken some of the things I've said/done back, and Nick was under a lot of stress. Besides, from my very selfish point of view, because of the controversy, Nick got more interviews and I got to see more of him! (yeah, very very mean of me) Now everyone's back home and hopefully all will continue with their lives.

I do think Nick has redeemed himself, but to me it is always important to own all parts of a person.  I hope Nick will learn from this too.  I am sure his mom and dad were too happy that he said that on national tv.  I have seen about how people feel sorry for the Murrays and the Dorfmans. I can imagine Mrs. Viall cringing at that moment and saying No Nick!  

I am still a huge fan in spite of that, and I even understand why it slipped out, with Andi saying she never loved him and that she never told him she loved him.

100% agree. This is something that annoys me about the "fan threads" sometimes; people are unable to accept that these are human beings and they ALL make mistakes. Just because we are all Nick fans doesn't mean we have to agree on every single point. Respectful discussion is what keeps this interesting!

I know some people don't want to talk about the Ali stuff and I understand, but someone brought up a good point on another board that if Andi was telling Ali that Nick had not tried to contact her, why the heck was Kelly calling Nick a stalker in her tweet????  Anyway, I apologize to those who don't want to analyze anymore, but I did want to bring up that point here in case anyone was interested.  

Now back to the regular Nick programming....

Regarding the stalker comment from Kelly, that's clear confirmation to me that it was about Nick making efforts to contact Andi per how Chris Harrison stated the sequence of events in his AFTR blog. Also Kelly posted on twitter for people to weigh in on the situation and imagine how they would react if an ex showed up at their door. That's 2 confirmations for me right there. My thinking is that they were not expecting any public sympathy for Nick hence why that call was made to Ali to call Nick manipulative etc. They are more that than entitled to revise their story but the facts are the facts.

Thank you both for responding and we are on the same page with our thinking that Andi is again revising her story from all that what down in the FRC to the ATFR - it gets shiftier and shiftier.

I agree chasingpavements we are all human.  I love my husband and children dearly but even they do things that royally tick me off, does not mean I love them any less.   I am a fan of Nick's but I don't agree with how he handled everything (though I understand why he said what he said) in ATFR, but still remain a fan.

Nutty, have you sent Nick a tweet asking him to stay as far away as possible from this franchise now that he is done with the Bachelorette?  I don't think that he is being considered for the next Bachelor, since I do believe what Chloe posted, but maybe someone should point out to Nick that whoever gets the next Bachelor gig will be expected to propose at the end, whether or not they really want to.  The producers will want a proposal, no matter what.

And I would imagine that Nick would rather his next proposal be his last.  So, it is my hope that Nick will distance himself from TB franchise, knowing full well that he would not have complete control over the situation.  His best bet is to date out in the real world in my opinion.  Anyway, I was just wondering if you had tweeted Nick to stay way from TB franchise, now that he is free?

He also said in regards to the plane video that it had happened yesterday which would have put the FRC on the 10th. Which interview does he say 8 days? He mulled this over and over in his brain. The number is not wrong because it's part of what's upsetting him.

Wow! I just looked at Kelly's twitter and she is a mean girl. She has the maturity of someone in high school, not a grown woman. Glad I don't follow her. Her latest tweet is making fun of the letter that Nick wrote to Andi. Really classy.

Actually that link that she provides is a "made-up" letter. Which included Nick basically raping Andi. Stay classy, Kelly!

What is weird is that blog post also makes fun of Josh. If I were Andi, I would be really careful of my friendship with Kelly. She will basically put anyone down for a retweet.
