No, Nick did not follow Andi to Mexico. He never went to Mexico and never asked to. Per Chris Harrison's blog yesterday, Nick reached out to producers, asking to contact Andi during the time that Andi was in Mexico.

This is the same kind of issue as Andi meeting Josh in the Club. No they didn't actually meet. They were just at the same place as the same time.

People need to stop repeating misrepresentations.

Nick is just upset that andi did not change her mind after reading his letter he thinks he is so much better than josh when he was in the car after he got dumped he said what was she thinking like how dare she pick josh over him
