Yeah perhaps ! It's sorta like their publicity emails. I'm not sure if fans can contact them with that email too. Perhaps only just us JODI fans !

It's just a separate email so all the request don't get mixed up and lost in their personal emails. Ashley and JP did the same thing, and had a publicist. It could be for people wanting them to throw out a first pitch, flip a coin, attend an event, go on local show, etc.
