Jason even said, in his podcast, that they had pitched that idea to ABC years ago and they had said no because there weren't enough couples at the time. BUT, now there definitely are! They could and should totally do it.

^Considering they had about 3 hours from when they left to their departure, I think they'll be good, especially if their driver knows the side streets in the Phoenix area and gets off the freeway. Phoenix traffic can really suck. Been there, done that.
