Alana has entered the Miss Universe Australia competition twice and is proud to have made the Australian final. She is now working as a legal secretary in the beautiful coastal city of Fremantle.

What is your best asset and why?
I think my friendliness. I’m conscious to treat people how I would like to be treated myself. It doesn’t matter who they are, I always speak and listen to people in the same way.

What made you want to be part of The Bachelor Australia?
Who wouldn’t want to be introduced to a perfect guy and then fall in love?

What qualities do you hope to find in the Bachelor?
I hope the Bachelor is mature, goal-orientated, caring and close to his family.

What traits do you dislike in a man?
Over confidence, materialism and arrogance.

How are you going to stand out from the other Bachelorettes?
I plan on going in there and being myself. I don’t generally do anything in particular to make me stand out, so why do it for the show?

What would be your perfect date?
I like simple, low-key dates. My perfect date would be a picnic if it’s good weather or a man cooking me dinner, so the majority of the date can focus on the conversation.
