I have to admire Chantal for the way she handled TB. She gave it her all during filming and then gave nothing afterwards. Totally respect those, especially those who go to the end, who can take back control and just walk away from the make believe and back in to real life. There are few who do.

She found a much better match in real life than she would have found on TV. Best wishes to them both.

I saw a tv segment that the new trend was 'trashing' your dress after the wedding. Is that what Chantal did?

I'm not sure atem, but my cousin did the same thing for her beach wedding. Later in the night she jumped into the pool with her wedding dress on. lol

Unless the bride paid the thousands for that dress herself, that is a total lack of respect for whoever bought and paid for that dress to trash it. That is appalling behavior.
Perhaps the dress could be cleaned, sold in a consignment shop, and the money from the sale of the dress applied toward some of the wedding expenses if the bride no longer wants her dress.

I don't know why myself, but it's a trend for some reason. Another is the Mr and Mrs taking their pics after the wedding so they have time to relax and enjoy the party.
