He looks as tan, different lighting, IMO, both pics are from this weekend. The IG from yesterday is tag from the Standard, so he was there. I don't think Nick is hiding anything, he is just having a good time while he awaits his performance on ATFR. He looks fine and happy.

That's a good picture of Nick, must have gone out to dinner with Elan last night.  At least he's eating well!

I would say it's in LA, West Hollywood to be exact. The seating matches. The other one in LA doesn't appear to have these types of booths. His hair looks lighter like what my hair does in the sun.
