At this point I believe the spoilers are correct. Nick looks happy now so I am able to accept the finale although I would not mind being surprised, I am more prepared not to be.

Regarding the length of Nick's hair in the picture of him by the pool, as compared to the most recent one with that girl in the airport, here are my thoughts.

My son has curly hair that is very similar to Nick's.  Nick's hair appears to be very thick and coarse in texture, the same as my son's hair.  Right after my son would get a haircut, the front of his hair would not lay right for a while.  What I mean by that is that his hair almost always looked like he had gotten the front chopped, as if the hair had been cut a little too short.  I noticed that the front of Nick's hair (the airport one) is slightly wavy and close to his head....not fluffy like the LA picture.  Also, the sides of Nick's hair are noticeably shorter in the airport picture.

In the airport picture, Nick's hair definitely looks like he has had a recent haircut.  It also looks like the hairdresser might have even used scissors to thin out his hair, because that is done on people who have extra thick hair as well.  They would do that on my son's hair, which I hated.  Because, it usually took a week or two before the curls in the front of my son's hair would look "good" again to me.

I have curly hair as well, so the right haircut is very important.

My conclusion is that the LA picture was taken at an earlier time.

It's not a chair next to him.  Those towels are on the ground. His foot is on the edge, sort of hanging off the chair.

Wise lady ... you are right! It's only 6 AM here so I am little bleary eyed still ...

   

In other threads, it was said those are Elan's cigarettes.
So either yesterday or 2 weeks ago.

I could have swore than Elan posted yesterday something about "being at the worst club in LA." But, now I can't find it.

To compare side views…..I lightened both pics to see hair.

To me, his sideburns are longer in the poolside picture.

If those are Elan's cigarettes, maybe Nick can get him to quit!! Smoking is the one thing I despise more than anything in this world. As a nurse who has seen what it did to so many patients, and first hand as I watched my mom die of lung cancer, she smoked for many years.

Anyway, do we need to post that picture here again. Of course, just to look at the cigarettes!

Good catch.  Either he is a fast tanner, or that picture was not taken today.  Also, his hair seems shorter in today's picture as well.

The picture of Nick and the woman in the airport is the one that makes me think that Nick had a recent haircut, as compared to the LA pool picture.  I think that that one is a better comparison than the one of Nick standing in line at the airport, alone, because one is shown of him from the front, where the other is from the side.
