Yes Andi said that tonight about the lie detector test.She said they weren't allow in court..so she would never use one in a relationship!

Ok.  Too bad for all the other contestants who had their "lies" displayed.   Josh - too special for that.  Sorry! JMO. And I am fully familiar about lie detector tests and their inadmissibility in court. They exist for a reason.  They are not a psychic reading.

Well, he is special, since he's the one the lead was bending over backwards to please. It's happened before, Brad/Emily, Ash telling JP she loves him ahead of time, etc.

Ashley's season was about Bentley half the time. Thank God for JP. But it was NOT an easy road for Ashley at all - if I am remebering correctly.

I agree that Ash's road wasn't easy, definitely much harder than Josh and Andi's, but the point is that the lead treats her favorite as special and it shows.

When Nick was upset about the mime date, Andi put on her mean face and ADA'd the heck out of it. When Josh was upset about the lie detector test, she acted like someone just wore the same dress to prom and Chris Harrison needed to talk HER down before the show was left with no lead thanks to a total meltdown, clean up on aisle 5, type of thing.

       Are you sure…..I know it is always done as close to the finale as possible.

   The pictures are dated as taken March 4th. I don't see why People would fudge the date. I can post the part that say the date once I get to my computer.

Um when was the finale? Sorry forgot the date?

There are actually three different physiological indices of autonomic arousal that are assessed in a lie detector test. The first one has already been discussed - heart rate/blood pressure which is typically measured with a blood pressure cuff. The second is respiration and the third is the galvanic skin response which essentially measures the amount of sweat on the skin and does so through electrodes attached to the person's fingertips. In looking at the guys' tests, I am unable to determine if all three indicators were measured. Psychological research has not found that there is a particular pattern of physiological reaction that can be linked to deception. For instance, as I speculated last night about Josh, an honest person can be nervous enough that his/her answers yield false positives for deception. Conversely, a dishonest person may be non-anxious (as we might expect with someone who has an antisocial personality disorder, for example) and thus his/her answers could likely yield false negatives for deception.

My take is different on these two events is different. I observe that Andi was able to resolve the issues with Nick on the mime date because he was willing to acknowledge his mistakes, take criticism and resolve to change. Andi didn't have to cry over Nick because he wasn't defensive and let her know how important her feedback was to him.

  He didn't acknowledge anything until he realized that Andi knew something was up.  She had to ask him if he'd tell her if she was his wife.  He tried to blow it all off but Andi wasn't buying it considering what she said in her PI's.  Ultimately I think she didn't get too upset about it because she already knew he wasn't the one.  She was freaking out about Josh after the Lie detector argument because he was her #1.

He didn't want to talk about it, not that he didn't want to acknowledge it ... there's a difference. Once he realized that Andi wasn't going to drop the issue and that she wanted him to address it as they would if being married ... he opened up and discussed it with her and continued to acknowledge his mistake even in the episode later, saying that he realized that he acted like a baby (smth he used later in the storybook) and that he was wrong and she was right on that matter... so Andi relaxed and stopped worrying whether he is manipulating her or not, because she got enough out of him to come to own conclusions.
