On a completely different note, the ABC epi synopsis of Nick ends in a faith reference: "carry him to the altar". In Catholicism, this is a reference to "carry to the altar" which is the sacred rite of communion which is preceeded by the "gifts".

At first glance it might seem odd to speak of "passion" in the same paragraph as "carry him to the altar" however it depends on one's view of passion and it's role in a relationship.

This is so interesting, thank you for telling us this!  Do you remember one of Nick's first tweets after this big adventure was something about spending time at a Catholic church?  You sleuthers are amazing.  

i thought the 'carry him to the altar' is the odd thing to put in the synopsys . Have we ever heard about this on the past seasons?..  

dont blame me if by that line i carelessly accusing ABC drum rolling the coming Nick's impending danger at ATFR. Wowza!

Just had a wacky thought. Is it possible that N&A already got married in the DR? And they are just planning their US ceremony?

I already put this in the edit thread, but thought I'd share it here as well.

I went back to the MTA summaries and listed what Andi says about Nick/Josh that is relationship oriented (how he makes me feel, etc...), not just a observation, description or complement about the guy... and this is what I found. I think the evidence is compelling:

about Nick:
• immediate kind of connection and attraction
• Nick and I definitely have a lot in common
• it’s very obvious to me that I have a connection with Nick
• We both want something great and want that like undeniable unconditional love that you can’t even describe.
• This is somebody that I see a potential future with and that I want to spend my time with. There is just a ton of passion between us. It’s once in a lifetime type of stuff.

about Josh:
• There’s definitely a lot of chemistry between the two of us
• He makes me feel happy and I feel like very hopeful when I look at him

Exactly what I was thinking, Sue! I mean "altar" is not anything I've heard before, it is always about "will he get down on one knee" and "will he propose" and so I really wonder if they just went ahead and got married. CH could have performed the ceremony. Now that would make my day! Because when you know you know . . .

The only thing going against this is that I think they love their families too much to have them miss out on this.

Sue ... in my wildest thoughts ... that's the idea I come up with too.
They say the ending is explosive ...
I don't know if there was ever the wedding at the end of TB?
But if the video is a foiler (not just twisted truth for own interpretation) ... it's the biggest foiler ever done... And for a season that ran quite smoothly, too "calm", so that the only way to stir things up, they used a good guy for a villainous role, a guy who is strong enough to handle that kind of scrutiny, a guy who is intelligent and eloquent and who knows "how to sell" a story, a guy that is very aware of himself and what he does/says ... and still he was willingly saying all those words ... all those lines ... aware, how they could be used ... I'm sure is the same guy who would be willing to pull that video off. I keep saying ... so far what they keep showing us ... edit wise ... we need to be prepared for a BIG BANG... I don't know what it is... but as crazy as it sound, the wedding of some sort, wouldn't be as crazy at all.

Karma ... I thought about their families too... but there's still time to do it again in USA after the season, maybe like couple Lowe did, during The Bachelor.
I think I read somewhere, Andi saying, that she isn't really into the whole big wedding ceremonial, that she could just run to the courthouse and get married ... so it is possible.

Nick and/or Josh are very Catholic. I do not think finding a priest would be difficult, but I think they would need to fly their families in for the event--- or maybe not. Interesting concept. Fleiss would cream in his pants. It has always been his dream to have a wedding at the end. I just think they would be hyping it a bit more as the event of the season.

Remockered ... that's true ... the fact that they don't it does make me question, because I would assume they would be talking about the spectacular ending more ... but instead ... every article I read is about Andi getting a huge diamond ring, thinking about getting married in a year, about highly expensive and extravagant wedding preparations, about the bitter end for the runner-up (and everyone assume it's Nick) ...
then on MTA there was much more talk about the 'Bachelor In Paradise' than the ending ...
and maybe it is all to surprise us, since through out the season they pretty much said it all, they didn't try to hide anything away as far as Andi&Nick relationship goes ... I mean we've seen their beginning, beautiful introduction&start discovering each other, we've seen the connection (mental and emotional) and finally they are evidencing (not that we weren't aware) physical connection too... and now talking about chemistry (as if the word Passion wasn't enough) ... they are showing it in our faces ... and people still don't see it, because they are focusing on the word CHEMISTRY that was so strategically placed only to describe the connection with Josh.
