^I wonder what she's doing.  I hope she does not cut it too short! (although she would still look good with most anything).

On another note, although I believe that most everything that Cat puts up is unfairly criticized and she is probably one of the most kind-hearted people out there, I hope she takes down that dishwasher video to avoid more backlash. It's already making the internet on some random blogs and I would hate for people to attack her even more. It's sad that everything she puts up is misconstrued/misinterpreted, but unfortunately some people  go on the verbal offensive any chance they get.

Perhaps a hair cut and some color, highlights maybe? I don't think she'd ever do anything too drastic. Basically I don't think she's getting a bob/pixie cut or becoming a blonde.

ETA: the woman she tagged on the picture is a color specialist so a change in that department is coming.

I think the dishwasher sounds more like a dentist drill! I agree she should take it down, because of the backlash. Some of the comments under her "before" hair picture are unbelievable! ( agree she is unfIrly criticized.

I miss most of what she posts but I think she should be free to be herself and ignore what anyone else says.  It isn't her job to try to be universally liked; I love that she doesn't seem to care.  To the extent an oops carries larger ramifications then, sure, explain or delete, but there will always be people that aren't going to like her.  Life is that way when you are unique like her, and I would not want one ounce of her uniqueness to ever change (and that comes from someone who often doesn't get her jokes and isn't that into her kind of humor ... but so what?  She doesn't know me or owe me, and I am happy to just see her happy, and being who she is).

I agree with you completely- she's just being herself and I love her for that. The comments this time were so crazy (she doesn't have children, hence insensivity to dying children??) I never want her to change, I think she's perfect the way she is. My addendum is
"tongue-in-cheek" or sarcasm, whatever you want to call it!

I agree with you, it is not as if all of us have made a joke that other do not find funny!!  She should be who she is and not allow anyone bully her.  If people do not like her positing they should just ignore it.  I really hope she do not get bothered by negative comments on her IG.  Honestly their are many other things to worry about in life!!!!

Not to change the subject, but did you know Sean has a "not a blog, blog"? Here's the link to the blog. I found this a few weeks ago, but some posts finally went up. I particularly like his intro post about what this "blog" will be and his thoughts on the whole "shirtless Bachelor" thing. Enjoy and bookmark it for future reading.

This is not a blog.

That’s what I’m trying to convince myself of anyway. See, I don’t want a blog because everyone has a blog. And everyone thinks their blog is uniquely different from the countless other blogs tangled within the interwebs. If that’s true, why do nine out of ten girls in this country run a “dress for less” fashion blog? Okay, maybe I made that statistic up but you get the point. I don’t want to follow the masses and I don’t want to be responsible for producing something that’s already been produced a million times over and try to pass it as original.

“Wow! I didn’t know you were so cynical Sean!” Is this what you’re thinking? Fair enough. Let me turn it around now. If you’ve followed me at all, you may know my story. Two years ago, I was a normal dude who swore I would never take part in a cheesy reality show about love. I said this after getting a phone call from the casting department at The Bachelor, which was a result of my sister submitting an application on my behalf (unbeknownst to me). I then decide a free, all-expenses-paid vacation sounded better than selling insurance so I gave in and continued with the casting process. You know how the rest goes: I get dumped on national TV, I’m asked to be the bachelor, I agree, I meet a smokin’ hot girl named Catherine and fall madly in love, we get married on live TV.

That’s the Cliff Notes version anyway. I left out the awkward rose ceremonies and the even more awkward “white guy dancing” on DWTS but I’ll leave those stories for another day. Needless to say, my life has been flipped upside down since this whole “journey” (insert gag) began.

Back to the issue at hand, why create this thing that is clearly not a blog?

Well, because I like you.

Maybe I don’t know you personally but I see your words of encouragement on Instagram, I see your funny comments on Twitter, and I love how you stop us in the street to congratulate us on our love story.

That’s why I’m creating this thing that isn’t a blog. I want to share my life with you in more than just pictures and 140 characters. Warning: if you don’t speak sarcasm fluently, you may get lost. Here we go…
