Because I am bored with nothing else to do as I say this sarcastically....I wonder if JP will show up in KC.  It looks like St. Louis is at home mid next week, Royals are home at the end of the week, and the Astros and Rangers are home next weekend and the beginning of the following week.  He would get to see teams he might not yet have seen.  He could hit Texas on the way home for the charity event.

I keep saying this but I need to get a life.

I misread the tweets....someone asked if he was going to Marlins game and someone asked if he could be her bf. He tweeted that Nikki has him to the one asking if he could be her boyfriend.

I haven't been on here for awhile...too busy with my kids...but, I have a thought as to what might be going on with JP and Nikki and why they might be apart for now. Nikki may be looking for a proposal, but JP isn't ready to give her one...yet. I dated my DH for two years and I wondered if he would ever propose to me. I knew he loved me, but he just couldn't take that final step. He's a very analytical and practical-minded man. When he commits to something, he wants to make sure it's "right". Well, I wasn't getting any younger (I was already in my early 30's) and I was more than ready to settle down. I gave him the time he needed, but then there came a point when I had to give him an ultimatum. I didn't want to, but then again, I didn't want to remain single any longer and we had already dated for two years. We took a short break from seeing each other (we had a long-distance relationship) and shortly after that, he started realizing just how much he missed me in his life. He also had a friend that was encouraging him to take the plunge this entire time. He asked me to start dating again, and shortly after he brought up the idea of ring shopping. Then I started to freak out, realizing this is "real." Lol We went ring shopping and he got an idea of what I might like. Shortly after, he proposed.

I just wonder if JP isn't ready and Nikki is ready or quite possibly, neither is ready. It looks like Nikki is still having fun with her friends and even though you don't have to give up your friends when you get married, it definitely changes things. Whatever the situation may be, I hope it works out for them. Having a long-distance relationship is not easy. In fact, it's VERY difficult! I hope they come together soon!

I also think they might've decided to be apart for a longer time so she can have a longer break and spend more time with him which is probably what will happen when they go to Florida for the charity event and after that is his birthday etc so that might be why the long separation. The really short periods of time seeing each other May not be ideal for a relationship especially when you are getting to know each other. Just IMO

Hi Mommyof1, we miss you on the thread. I started working full time this July so i only have time to visit the thread in the evening and on weekends.
Tabloids are busy spinning stories and interpreting Nikki's IG post to support the split up angle. What they did not report was JPG reposted the same quote in IG and wrote the caption AMOR. During the show Nikki mentioned that she's ready to settle down and have a family. So JPG has to make a decision sooner and so far IMO the relationship is getting stronger despite the contrary reports by other media outlets.
