I agree, nutty. I just speculated on what it could be. Lily liver was just a guess. To me, it fits his self-deprecating humor...and it explains what some are speculating regarding Nick's involvement with SM this season, the extra filming in Milwaukee and his recent time in LA.

IF, if, if Nick is F2, I think it's fair to say that his SM postings help cast doubt on the spoiled ending. TeamNick has certainly built a very convincing case for him to be F1. I find myself really uncertain as to how the season will end. Though I am currently leaning to Josh as F1 (based on all the evidence...not fanship), I absolutely won't be shocked if it's Nick.

I also want it to to be clear that I think Nick is a great guy (and so is Josh). When all is said and done, I want him to be happy. He deserves to be.

i read it as 'lilly lover' (Lllyl llvr) - i thought maybe some had his phone and changed his instagram name
