I never thought I would say this, but the whole plane video and other things have changed my mind about RS. Starting next season, I am all sleuthing and not reading any SM spoilers. Taking them with a grain of salt whether they are right or wrong from here on out. It is getting annoying!

I miss the days of evaluating screencaps, looking for body language, edit clues, storyline progression, etc.
Now people jump on the SM bandwagon and the fun is lost for me.

It's interesting you mention this Philphan. I was thinking of this too...
In contrast with screencaps, SM allows TPTB to get a much better grip on what they put out there... with screencaps the ending could all be deduced... with SM, they have a much better chance of whipping the masses (this board) up into a frenzy since there's potentially NOTHING REAL about what's being released... it could all be a crazy campaign...

Sorry, but I can't believe that production somehow got in touch with a woman from RS' past, who no one knows, and asked her to go on a flight from NC to Milwaukee to be a part of some master foiler plan. I can't see that.

I did not determine this woman had a romantic past with RS, but had connected with him in the past.
I can tell you--there are many women--haus fraus(embarrassingly waving hand) that has had a past connection with RS.
I can see a lot of BS popping up with this entire scenario.
I won't even enumerate.
RS always has sources he has 100% vetted. These are reliable sources--until they aren't.
He may deny it, but I suspect he still has some turkey stuck in his back teeth from his Thanksgiving with Chantal's granny.

It is a woman he had a romantic relationship with in the past. He even said it on his Twitter. They had a relationship and they tried to make it work, but they couldn't. It seems like they remained on friendly terms because they each still had each other's phone numbers. Yes, RS has always said his sources were 100% accurate and sometimes they aren't. I'm just stating my opinion. I personally cannot see a woman that he once had a relationship with go to the extent that she did because production wanted her to be a part of a master foiler campaign. No one knows who this woman is. The relationship was from five years ago. I just can't see that happening.

I have to agree, I like the Rs spoilers but I also like all the sleuthing that goes on to either believe the spoiler or to discredit it.

The lack of screencaps has made me question RS even more. They let too many screencaps out with Des's season. There was proof of Drew in Antigua and on multiple dates, but very little to no Brooks, so the sleuthers started questioning. They have limited it to before HTD to episode to episode. No one could sleuth out too far in advance.

Does that mean it is all a foiler? Nope, but it makes it interesting.

I read RS tweets, but I do have a hard time focusing on his bs, so if someone could just copy the one tweet where he says they were romantically involved that would be great. I only saw that she was someone that he knew from reading his twitter.

I'm sorry, but knowing the RS I know, I can not determine this relationship was actually romantic. This is what I read:

His tweets:
"I knew the person RT"
"No.  Someone from my past.  Hadn't heard from her in about 5 years RT."

A) on one hand the relationship was 5 yrs ago.
B) on the other hand the relationship was 6 yrs ago.
C) He states he did not have her contact info above(per bolded). She got to him with the info. They had not kept in touch.
D) They could have only known each other for all we know and it never took off to get romantic. We can not determine from the convo above it was anything more than these people knew each other and maybe RS wanted something and she did not. We do not know any of the circumstances other than it did not work out to be romantic.
D) most people who have contact with RS--nuff said. You would have to get your head examined to be involved with him RT romantically.
