Chris handled his exit much more gracefully than Andi did.  He is a class act and there are many woman who would gladly move to Iowa to be with him.   I am sure he met many recently at the MTA now that he is part of the Bachelor Franchise Frat Club.  
Maybe he won't want to be the next bachelor.

I don't think TPTB ever thought Andi and Chris were a match as Andi would never have moved to Iowa given her current lifestyle.  But I believe they wanted to showcase Chris as he would make a great story line for the Bachelor as the "The Gentleman Farmer".  They can have the girls come to the farm on an Iowa Road Trip in the luxury motor coaches like they did before on the Cali coast!  My hog farm smilie =

My daddy did do that when he farmed. When he started a public job he came home and gardened. I have a friend in Ohio and her husband farms 1000's of acres and she has one lone tomato plant. They have a produce stand and she goes and gets what she want there.
I would love the farm life I absolutely love to can and cook. We have a garden but not a big one. I just want a humongous kitchen to do it in.
Chris will find the lady he is looking for and I hope he doesn't settle for less than.

We tried to garden one year but failed miserably mainly because it was too easy to go to the produce stand. He farms many acres of cotton, rice, beans, and corn. If he didn't have that to see after we might try it again. I can't grow anything, I'm a musician! Farm life is great and I played in the symphony until I had kids. I've never regretted any of the choices and I doubt the lucky lady that Chris chooses will either.

I suspect the producers would be much more comfortable going with Chris as the next lead than Marquel, so it's probably his if he wants it. Personally, I think he would make a sterling Bachelor; he's got it all, and there would be no shortage of willing candidates to move to that big farm.

His departure was one of the classiest, most gracious and most mature ever on any season.

You are right. Hi mother, a wonderful woman, raised him to be a man of good character, integrity and compassion. He was the one who reached out to console Andi instead of her reaching out to him. Andi didn't seem to care: a few mandatory tears and she was moving on. A cold and dismissive woman

I liked the way he said he wanted to go because he wants someone who reciprocates his feelings."I better go." was an exit line which was perfect in it's simplicity truth and self respect.

Thanks for all your hard work JBF. Even though the eggs all got scrambled this season you did a very fine job with the edit. Heck the powers that be should hire you to make sense of this show for them. I became most interested in Chris because of all the edit clues but he truly is a great guy and deserves the best. Classy gentleman all the way even offering her his arm to walk him to van. I hope he finds a woman who will appreciate all he has to offer and love him completely hopefully on Bachelor next season would love to see him with the women fighting for him. Andi did not allow Chris the extra time to build a foundation because she was focused on Josh and Nick and giving them the extra time instead.
