See I find that hilarious.  Brian you miss the point completely, you can and maybe even would treat Andi better than Nick, but Andi doesn't want that and that was the whole point of what Nick is saying.

These guys take it as I am a better man, when I think Nick is saying I am a better man for Andi.  I totally agree with Nick, watching this season, she has not shown a connection or interest with Brian, Dylan, or Chris to match what she has with Nick.  She enjoyed her 1:1 with Chris and him being her secret admirer so much that she never even bothered to make sure he got another 1:1 date.  

Now, I will agree, group dates and Nick do not agree.  This boy does not play nice when he sees other men going for the woman he wants.

But hey, read Andi's blog from this week, she likes that.  

Nick reminds me so much in episode 7 preview of Nikki in JPG's episode 7.  I still remember her telling Andi, I have a rose, I mean I know I don't have a rose right now, but I have a rose.  Nikki knew she was going to HTDs just like Nick knows.  Too bad for them.

The only one I feel bad for is the F1--whoever that is. 
a) maybe she picks no one. b) maybe the couple is history.  Then I won't feel as bad.

^^ This whole thing reminds me of pre-schoolers who are fighting over "fairness", clamoring for their turn. There will be some kids who will want to sit up front, raise their hand to catch the teachers attention (Nick). There will be those who will be prompted by their parents (TPTB) to bring the teacher presents (Nick). There will be those who will fall all over themselves to help the teacher or send notes (Chris). There will be those who will sulk in a corner because they are not getting attention (Dylan and Brian), and then there will be those who will bully the teacher's pet (hmmm). I am not a teacher but I've been a part of this dynamics in one time or another playing one or more roles.
