I agree, just go read the Twitter feed from last Monday night. They were calling him a serial killer, pedophile, a creep, and a loser. Then there were multitudes of posts on how much they hated him.

I feel it too and i think he'll show more arrogance and i think he really needed to be less confident and should not underestimate what And have with Josh and others.

I think the show's obsession with twitter and how many tweets they gets asks for these over the top reactions.

Twitter is a classic tool for bullying.

I think that's all it is. In the preview from the end of last epi Nick is beside Marcus on the far right and they showed CH walking Marcus in so it stands to reason Nick was the last to be escorted in. The guys will have no chance to see Andi or talk to each other until after the RC. Of course it has happened before that the lead has asked to speak to a contestant (Jillian with Ed) and Ali asked to talk to Jake so it's possible it happens again but no way to tell until we see it since Nick's at the end.

I feel bad for Nick also. Yes he said some ill advised things but there's no way he could have known how the edit could make him hated by viewers. Courtney had a similar edit although was worse because she was nasty to some of the others to their face. I don't understand why people would tweet hateful things. It's just a reality tv show.

I'm still hoping they will turn it around in the editing department with him over the next 3 weeks. Otherwise what is the drama? Don't choose the jerk? They want the audience split based on their type etc. And most people liked Nick in the beginning of the show.

If the producers continue with this edit for Nick up until the FRC, I really feel for him and his family having to watch this drivel each week.

I can honestly say that I don't dislike Josh, but I don't really know that much about him from watching this show.  I know a lot more about Nick, because I have seen more substantial conversations between him and Andi that have given me more of an insight into who he might actually be - out in the real world.  Despite Nick's bad edit, I still feel like I know more about him as a person, an individual. And for that reason, I feel like this show needs to turn the corner and let us get to know why Andi chose who she did for her "spoiled" F1.

From what I have seen so far, there has not been that much depth shown in her relationship with Josh, per his edit.  I am so hoping that the producers will take things in a different direction after the HTDs and give Nick a much needed break.  Hasn't he suffered enough?

Andi simply cannot let go of the negatives, we have seen it with both Josh and more recently Marcus. She is like a dog after a bone till she has her way.
Pretty easy for them to put this sort of doubt in both the finalists edit till the end.
I know many non-spoiled folk that don't think that Josh is a good match for Andi because of his temperament.

All via the edit before someone jumps on me to defend their favorites .

A couple of thoughts after getting caught up today:

First, they don't show a multi-dimensional relationship with Josh because if they did, probably everyone would think he's f1 since the chemistry is best - most natural -with him.

Second, tptb will exploit any cockiness, real or imagined. Whether or not Nick has some humility, production has gotten him to act overconfident. Therefore, it's hubris that they are selling for his story. Not really J v. N because Josh really isn't engaged with Nick.

TP are editing him to look like he has one, that's for sure.
