Funny that she wrote it this way: tense agreement issues or she is confused about what she should be writing. Makes me/made me feel like a woman... I read this as definitely past tense

But maybe she herself is more the type for guys like Josh so it makes her feel like guys like Josh are her type? Personality can make people feel more or less attracted to someone and can even affect the physical attraction...so yes that can change over 3 weeks. She thought Marcus was hot the first night but eventually she wasn't as attracted to him anymore. Also other stuff like the way a guy dresses can affect how attracted you are to someone. The way nick dressed caught her attention the first night. Another thing is she knew who Josh was...she knew he was Aaron Murray's brother. I think this made him more attractive to her. When she said Josh was her type she didn't just mean physically...she also meant his whole personality and background. Josh does have a certain kind of personality...more the jock athlete type and not like intellectual or nerdy. The way he got nervous around her was actually like 1% dorky and that was actually a good thing I guess.

Maybe she didn't proofread it. It's hard to talk about something in the past that we are watching in the present. Or Maybe her grammar isn't perfect.

I don't know much more about Andi today than I did before the season began.

This is what I have learned...
1). She eats a lot of sushi
2). Her mother plays mahjong and golfs
3). Andi golfs
4). Italy is not her favorite country in the world
5). A past boyfriend cheated on her
Not much more than that.

This season has been very superficial. I'm not sure that we've gotten to see more than 2 traits of each man. Most of the time is spent highlighting the tiffs and miscommunications. They all are coming across as either whiny, sad, or angry. The editing has been flattering to nobody, not even Eric. Brian has probably gotten the kindest edit of the bunch, imo.

Funny isn't it? Her main complaint with JPG centered around this, not that this is necessarily how she was with the guys in RL.
Pot meet kettle. Funny this is how the editors have painted her and the season.  

When has the lead been less superficial? All I knew about Ashley is she's a dentist, she dances, she's from Maine, and she's not Emily which was apparently a bad thing somehow. It's all superficial IMO.

I agree. Just like we don't get the full picture either of the guys but just the parts they want to show us. No one is one sided. For instance I just read Cody's interview and was surprised he had been a 6th grade math teacher prior to being a trainer.

It is because she kicked up such a fuss that JaunP did not bother to dig deep with her it is damn hilarious that the editors have painted her so one-dimensional. And the saddest thing it is not a pretty dimension.

The producers seem to think that the viewers aren't interested in hearing the type of real conversations that happen on "getting to know you" dates, where people discuss their jobs, current events, politics, religion, philosophical beliefs, things they have done or that have happened to them (unless they involve tragedy), likes/dislikes as far as music/hobbies/sports etc.  Mostly what the contestants talk about (no doubt prompted by the producers, because nobody really gets into these topics on first dates) are "feelings" and how much they like the other person, and the same trite BS about how ready they are to "fall in love".  As we only see maybe ten minutes of conversation out of at least a few hours per date, clearly the other stuff mentioned, which would allow us to know these people a lot better, is all on the cutting room floor.

Regarding physical attraction, I agree that as you get to know someone's personality, they can become more or less attractive to you.  I suspect that Nick, who on first glance was not her type, has become more attractive to Andi due to his personality, while maybe Marcus has become somewhat less, just because I don't think she can see herself with him in the real world.  Whereas Josh, who has been Andi's type from day one, has not lost any points on that score as she's gotten to know him, and he's still the most attractive of the guys to her, IMO.

Most of what we've learned about MeAndi has come from sleuthers combing social media, not from revelations on her show. We do see her interrogating skills from her former job as an ADA on a weekly basis...disguised as conversation with the contestants. It's obvious she doesn't really care about the answers as she talks over the guys repeatedly, always determined to make her point. It's MeAndi's world and these contestants are just trying to live in it.
