Unfortunately it is a show of hackneyed cliches.

But trip is probably not the word someone would use to describe how they ended up the F1 and engaged.

I don't see what the big deal is with him using the word "trip". I thought he was referencing specifically the particular city/country they were in with that pic of them drinking. That has nothing to do with the journey, so why reference it as such?

Ha! Funny stuff ... exactly. Actually, I love that he used word TRIP because he's a GUY who sells software for a living ... not a romance writer. And whether the guy really fell hard and trying to move on (or was ship shape once out of bubble and in real world), more power to him to package his experience on the show as a little TRIP.

I'm somewhat disappointed we haven't really been able to see the friendship between Nick and Josh. Even from the first night in the first episode they were always standing next to each other and now we have that deleted scene of Andrew saying to Nick how close he was with Josh. It's clear they were pretty good friends in the house. I always enjoy seeing that and it's too bad we haven't seen it. I happen to have no issues with either guy, so it would have been nice to see.

Me neither however he is responding to JJ, not Andi, so I don't see why he would use a romantic reference just because he has a bromance with him giggling

Really to add to above ... Nick gets a free pass in my book to do anything or say anything he wants.

The worse spot for anyone on this show is F2!

It's the most humiliating, he's sucked in the deepest and then he's kicked to curb. Somebody always has to be number 2 and if this season if he's #2 after being frontrunner (yep!) since episode 1, he deserves to be a little salty.
