  I noticed Nick posted another photo of the rooftop pool about a year ago.  

If you look at the photo he posted of his Chris look alike outfit you can see the floor plan presumably from his floor of the building.  
We can easily get his address but what will we do with it   we're fans not stalkers   right?

I find it interesting that in that E interview where Andi did a word association with the guys 3 of her F4 were hot, hot farmer and jock   pretty sucky adjectives, while Nick was sensitive. He was the only one where her first thought was of an actual personal trait about him as a person. I realize jock could have been covering up not trying to say anything too glowing about Josh but still ... Andi's a smart, articulate girl and she couldn't think of any better way to describe 3 of the 4 guys she grew closest too on the show? These weren't guys who left after a couple nights, they were there a long time and she met their families and heard their personal stories. "Hot" is not very impressive or indicative of much depth with her I'd say. I wonder what she'd have to say if that was how Juan Pabs described her after the season, wouldn't go over well I suspect.

Also, says to me that even if she's with Josh, Nick made a real impression on her as a person. She gave him the most thoughtful, personal and relevant descriptor.

      Interestingly Des described Chris as "handsome" in her interview last year. Also Andi stopped to think about what she would say about Nick - which to me showed she may have recently seen the video.

Mostly though i just agree with the bolded statement, she definitely liked him a lot. To me she only likes Nick and Josh - the way she describes the rest is just not that positive and more about their general character traits not why they are good for her.

I had the same feeling when I saw that interview. I thought it was especially weird that she described Josh as a "jock" when isn't that what he wanted to prove to her that he is more than just a "jock". For your supposed F1, I felt like she could have come up with something.

Even with all the signs pointing to Josh this is one of the things (and I have a mental list going )that makes me go hmmmmm.......

yep. not to mentioned she took a long pause before answering the Nick Q (unlike the other 3). I thought it was   for sure!

When in the filming process was that interview done? Was it at the start of filming when she still didn't know much about them or was it later/post filming? If the former, then it's not surprising she gives shallow, physical type answers. If the latter, was she trying to remember what she thought of them when she first met them or was she trying to cover up? Or, is she as shallow as she accused JPab of being?

I just want to say that I'm Team polkadot! I noticed the interlocked hands when they were on the cliff and nick had his arms around her and their left hands were intertwined, when nick sent flowers and she had her arms around nick and at the end you see nick's hands behind him and he intertwined their hands, after basketball group date party on the couch, after nick consoles andi and they stand up to walk out...has she held hands like this with anyone else? This reminds me of Ashley and JP...they were always showing the hands.
Also, I really missed the videos...are any experts that are team polkadot going to make one?

for some reasons, -- as unpopular as this opinion is, thanks to Des season, Heck,i get used to it  ----i do think Nick is Andi's F1. How he get there, it still remains to be seen. Keep the sleuthing alive.
Since this season is dedicated to Eric--whatever that means   ---i would think TPTB will try to minimize curve balls, boomerangs, flippin door, returnee as such toward the very end....and giving us a smooth sailing wuv story instead . Maybe that explain lack of SCs post HTD?...But then again, what do i know, maybe they really are that devious!

IMO there is a reason why Nick is the first guy to ever receive FIR and getting the most alone time with the Bachette ever: 2 solo dates and 1 SQT (if the spoiler of ep.7 is to believe)-- a record hold by Chris Siegfried. He certainly doesnt look like a future dumpee, at least to me.

One thing that I really love is that it's obvious to me she really likes Josh AND Nick. I remember before the season started so many people were worried all we would see would be her going bonkers over Josh. It really seems genuine to me that she has feelings for the two of them and I do think she likes Marcus as well, but not on the level of Josh and Nick. I honestly think from early on she knew Josh and Nick would be the F2.

I always believe that most leads genuinely do care for their F2, it's just that the lead falls in love or likes the F1 more. I always think back to Sean's season. It was obvious to me at least that he genuinely really cared for and likes Lindsay, but he fell in love with Catherine. No matter who Andi picks I really do think she cared for both of her F2 and that it was genuine, but she just happened to fall in love with one of them. Regardless who she picked, I hope both of the F2 guys are doing well because they both seem like stand up guys. For me, there's no doubt in my mind it's between Nick and Josh. I would be shocked if somehow one of them isn't in the F2.
