I'm getting flashbacks to Brooks going on a cruise.

The 10th and 11th would have been private time, count the 12th out, since it looks like flights land early afternoon in Miami. That day would have been a travelling day.

Yeah So Josh has returned a tad too early then. He should have spent part of the 9th (after the FRC) 10th 11th 12th 13 and 14th with her, perhaps traveling on the 14th ( and then she would have started her interviews on the 15th.

Josh and Andi didn't spend just one day together. FRC was the 9th. So they have the night of the 9th, 10th, 11th, and part of the 12th together. Josh was seen flying back on the 12th. I assume since they both live in Atlanta they can sneak around to see each other at night or something

Nick was seen flying back on the 11th, which makes sense b/c he might have needed a day (the 10th) to pack and recuperate after getting his heart broken. Makes sense to me.

The bottom line is roughly 24 hours transpired between the time Nick left and the time Josh left. 
The couple usually have more time together.

They did have more time together. They had about 3 days.

Typically the FRC is during the evening. Then there is a wrap party. That lasts until the wee hours. So the 9th is pretty much history. They had the 10th, the 11th and a partial day the 12th. So generously they had 2.5 days. 
From the sound of things much of production and some cast(Nick at least) were still present on the 11th. Unless the couple was somewhat removed from the rest,( many couple in the past have been) they had a day alone. 
Usually the time a couple is together is longer. How much longer I can't say. I know there are sleuthers on board who could clarify. I do know Emily and F had a nice, quality time together. (Barf)

The time the couple has to spend together is dependent upon the lead's media committments. And it looks like Andi's interviews started the day after she flew home.
